I'm vikas Mungre and is registered user o[censored]C App. I have booked my AC servicing through UC App on 18/03/22 and as per slot service man arrived and completed all the job in a proper manner.
But as the days gone by the AC condition is getting degraded day by day and it's cooling power gone down. Surprisingly when I raised the query with UC App I got to know that my warranty period has got expired. I raised query at ur customer care and got a robotic response from a living being that sir I'm sry but ur warranty has got expired and u hv to rebook a new service request.
That clearly means I hv to spend x amount again on same AC on which I hv spent y amt 40 days back for guaranteed service excellence. And ur service excellence couldn't survive more than 40 days. ARE U JOKING OR MAKING FOOL OF ME.
Boss, I'm also a part of service industry and this is complete dishonest approach to a customer. Pls help me in resolvinv this issue at the earliest. At 16 degrees it's giving cooling of 32 degrees then I hv a problem.
