I had job request for 14th March 2022 for my AC no cooling.
Technician came and started AC, kept AC on for 10 -15 mins
Technician examined the entire AC, fixed the leakage part and checked it along with his 15 year old assistant. He asked his assistant to fill the gas.After fixing everything back in place they started the AC for checking cooling, but as it started, the burning smell came. Technician checked it immediately and told that compressor got shot.
AC was in working condition, Technician also checked it initially.
I have escalated it immediately, Technician from escalation team had visited, but no further action taken.
Now my AC is left open for last 15 days,
I am unable to contact any UC help team. I expect ethical behavior from UC.
Please sort this at the earliest
