The service was fine.However, we paid the personnel who came directly through cash, but on urban company site it is showing as to be paid still.This service was taken in september 2020 and we are unable to raise concern over this to urban clap people.As no information shown.Tried calling their customer care no[protected], but it doesn't work.Now unable to book anyother bathroom cleaning from the app.

I booked a service for bathroom cleaning at 9 am today (8/2/2026). I had to cancel this because the service professional did not arrive till 9.45 am and was not reachable. Thought it is the fault of the professional I was charged a cancellation fee of Rs. 200. Please refund the same
