Urban Company — Bathroom cleaning

Hi..I have booked bathroom cleaning ..but the executive didn't come up on that time and didn't even pick up call...I have emptied my entire bathroom...but now I am getting a slot after 3 days...this was my first experience with urban company and was awfull...didn't have any compaint number ..I hope the person come on the reschedule time and date..please arrange a call back or email
