I had taken the service from them for my 2bhk flat painting work. Their sales person had come & by observing flat, he had given the Quatation. Due to lack of knowledge we agreed and they started painting. But later, we realise they have charged us for premium material and have delivered low grade material as per quatation they gave us.
I have calculated whole difference of material used and money charged is almost Rs.20, 000+/-. Means service getting for rs. 29, 000/- and I have paid Rs.49, 000+/-. I want refund of the difference amount or full work need to be done again. They are not responding since last 3 days. Just send reply we are working on it. This company has no customer support number only complaint section where no one responds. In case we file legal procedures, we will make sure that we cover up whole cost involved in arguments, legal case, consumer court expenses, metal & physical harrassment, I have all the proofs of all email and no response from company and material used & material promised.
