I, Bhavesh Pahwa, booked a service for Full Home Cleaning on 1.10.2021 scheduled at 11.30 am on 15.09.2021..My booking was confirmed and I paid advance payment of Rs. 499.00 too.. In the mean time, I sent my maid back as I had to avail the services from UC.. Being a Central Govt. employee, I had to manage and schedule every minute of mine.. At 11.30 am, your representative called and intimated about non availability of service person at selected time slot.. I gave them time to reschedule till 4.00 pm but to no use..
Such a reputed service provider should not accept service requests if not capable to fulfill the same..
Being so polite, I just want my refund back and compensation for sending my maid back alongwith compensation for harassment.
Hope a good sense prevail in you and my matter will be taken up seriously..
