[Resolved]  Urban Company — Bathroom cleaning package

I reserved bathroom cleaning services with urban company for the package intense deep cleaning. In the mobile app it is advertised that they will use scrubbing machine in this package. But when the cleaning actually happened no scrubbing machine was used. Customer Care is saying this package does not have machine service but they advertised it that way. This is fraud advertising and cheating public.
