I booked haircut service for me and my 93 yrs father for 12.11.21 @ 7.30 am but on 11.11.21 @ 10.30 pm, I came to know that the professional appointed is not fully vaccinated at this stage & recently had taken 1st dose & 2nd dose is dyin Jan 22. Hence, I had no option than change of professional & reschedule with available slot. I am very much disappointed

    I am Anjanaa Annadurai from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
    I am a yoga tutor and have been a constant subscriber to Urban Clap from 2017 in search for my yoga classes and benefitted a lot from it.
    So last month too after a short break May be after a year I paid for my credits of a sum of Rs. 1000. Since then there is no lead or response at all. I tried contacting many numbers. Nothing works and your side is really iresponsive and disappointed so much.
    I need my Rs. 1000 back, don't try to cheap like this for God's sake. I am attaching the screenshot of my payment for your reference.
    Get back to me in touch in +91 [protected].
    If there is no response from your end again I will need to take a legal action against your company at the earliest.

      Nov 1st was the first appointment, it was cancelled/rescheduled as service professional called nearly half an hour after scheduled time.
      Nov 2nd again professional agreed time and rescheduled by himself but didnt turn up on Nov 2nd morning. No response and did call back.
      After escalations to urban clap, 1 level higher. Case Escalation manager called and booked new appointment at Nov 2nd evening. None of the slots i asked for was available and after a debate booked 7.30 pm and best part is that appointment also no one came home to gov6e service. Till now no calls from UC and no solution.
      In total 3 times slots booked and yet job not done. Amount paid in full.
      It has been 9 days.

        We were working for urban company for the past 2 years. Due to a misunderstanding urban company has directly blocked our id permanently. They have not given us a chance to even explain. We have always followed urban company's protocol and have been working for its good will for such a long period of time. We were with the company in ups and downs we survived the lockdown and times where no leads were being given. We have always maintained a score of 4.85 and more yet uc has no consideration for its employees me along with my team of 25 people are unemployed . From past 10 days we are sitting idle. There are so many families depending upon uc for their livelihood. The festival has gone so bad for us we are unemployed and thrown away. Is this the reward we get for our hard work and dedication?
        It's disappointing that we worked for a company who has no regards for its working staff

        No body called even our credit balance and 2 completed customer amount is not given back to us it's almost 15 days we are doing follow up
        No body called in fact our delivered service amount is still not sent to us our credit balance of 20k and service delivered amount of 7k still not refunded back

            I booked salon services for Nov 03. A day before the professional started calling me to accommodate for another time slot as she said that she will not be able to make the booked time slot. Even when I agreed, she asked me to cancel the booking and pay her the amount directly at the time of service. So essentially she was trying to make her own cut and shortchange UC. When I refused to do that, she promised to come but ultimately cancelled the booking. Given it was already late in the day I was not able to secure another booking before Diwali on Nov 04 causing a lot of inconvenience. The customer care called once but disconnected and re-scheduled to Nov 07:00 AM without checking for my preferences. I availed services from a salon close by so I no longer need the services as the whole point was to ger them done before Diwali but when I tried to cancel I was being charged 50 INR despite the fact that their professional cancelled on me.

            This is so unprofessional and unethical at so many levels that I am appalled. And to top it up there's no customer care number to reach out to them. This is when I am an UC Plus member. Simply unbelievable!

              We have booked our kitchen cleanung schedule on 4th of november. But they have rescheduled it on 6th of november. We will not be available on that day. It, s not appropriate to change the date itself. We have booked date according to our convinience. This very unprofessional behaviour.

                I booked a service for my parents house before diwali. The employee told he will come but half n hour later I get a message that it has been rescheduled. I try to call him back but they are asking for a 4 digit pin. There is no way to reach out you guys and it is really frustrating.
                I had to convince my parents to get service done by you and they receive such response on occasion of diwali. They may not agree again for your service.

                  Home Cleaning Service

                  I had booked a platinum full home cleaning service for Rs 9500 for a 4 bed room apartment in Mumbai through online mobile App on 23 October 2021.

                  The technician has visited the house in team of 5 with 2 of them being minor school going boys who had no prior experience of home cleaning. I found many places they did not touch even and left unclean. I had to keep roaming around them to keep requesting them to clean things here...

                    Hi, I booked for deep cleaning of my apartment and the people who came never completed and service and promised to return to complete, but never came or responded to calls after.

                    I was able to receive a reply from the company that they will be reaching out to me and they helped me booked another date for the service.

                    But, the people never came after repetitive promise from Urban company this time, I received numerous calls from them saying the will come but again nobody came.

                    Then they call me saying they will initiate a refund, but here's a funny thing they will refund a partial amount. They are giving me a short end of the stick and refunding me the amount equal to that small end.

                    They are supposed to provide 100% of the service requirement. The partners they have provided 10~20% and they are not refunding me the full amount for all the hassle that I have to go through and bickering I have to do receive my own money for what they promise they would fulfill and provide.

                    What kind of logic is that? Is that a new business strategy?
                    Promise to provide 100%, and take 100% - provide 20%, and refund 50%. ???

                    I would like for Urban Company to reach out to me again and sort this out.

                    I did it in the morning, and received generic reply saying, they will contact me in 2 hours, but i got no call. I have emailed again. Is there anything else I can do ? other than wait ?

                      This is meenakshi i’m writing here to raise an important concern regarding the today’s response and invoice from your support.

                      I booked the service for the washing machine installation, actually it was for the dishwasher installation but since there was no option available in the list so your support suggested me to book the service and clear with the profession.
                      Before getting the invoice i spoke to your support again and he confirms that he will send the invoice for the dishwasher installation (If it was not possible then he should not misguided me).
                      When i got the invoice of washing machine installation i called your support around 4-5 times every time they kept saying they will revert me back within 5 mins but i did not received the call.
                      When i again i raised the complaint i got call from your support today at 4 pm, he was extremely rude and kept on saying “ i did not promise you about such invoice then what can i do “.
                      I need to claim the installation amount to amazon, so kindly look into this and fix this problem asap (Email invoice can also be released)
                      Second, i have attached the invoice in this email i request you to please check and calculate this invoice is really horrible, there is huge difference in the total amount. Even 5th grade student also won’t do such calculation mistake.
                      I may take a legal advice or take the help of social media only if my problem don’t get solve.

                          We booked a deep home cleaning service for today i.e., 29th oct at 3:30 pm Ist. Didn’t got any call from any professinal, suddenly at 4:12 pm got a msg saying professional cannot come and as I opened app to check, saw that my booking was rescheduled to 1st Nov 8:00 am without any information. There is no way to connect any representative of this worst company, I mailed and did message on instagram, but didnt got proper response. I have a 4 month old kid, so I called my husband from work at 3:00pm, but everything got wasted. It’s like we pay such big amount and no control on anything. Extremely worst experience and they are not ready to response. Say no to urban company

                            I have booked for my A/C Service for cooling issues. One Mr. Mohan was assigned for service. He did service and I was charged around Rs.1400/ and issue got resolved and got good cooling. But within a week, I started experiencing Water leakage in Indoor unit. We contacted the same technician twice. he checked the gas level and said everything is normal and advised to use A/c in 27degree temperature. Since he is not able to resolve the issue and water leakage continued. We once again book for service with you for water leakage issue.
                            At that time one Mr. Raja was assigned for that job, upon checking the unit, he said problem is with censor for water leakage and removed the censor. Thereafter he joined the wire with cellotape. further the check the Gas level and conveyed that normal gas level is 125 and our unit have 100 and if we want he can refill the gas without invoice he demanded Rs.1000/ We refused to refill without invoice. After that he said 100 is normal level for functioning of A/c. and charged around Rs.900/ towards censor replacement.It is pertinent to that that we came to know that he has not replaced the censor at all but he simple removed the old one.
                            On the same day evening when we switched on the a/c to our utter shock the A/C is giving only heat air. So we callled the technician on the very next day. at the time he checked and insisted to refill the gas as gas level gone of 10 and urged us to pay Rs.2000/ without invoice.
                            Here the issue is howcome the gas level gone down in a single day. and we are charge nearly 2500 as of now for the same a/c service but the without any resolve.
                            Your customer care person assured and sent the technician again for service and gas refilling at free of cost under warranty. But against the technician demaned Rs.2500/ for gas refilling.
                            We are trying to resolve the issue and requesting the CAll back with your app for nearly 30 to 40 times.. Your customer support people enquiring the issue, Each and every time I am explaining all the stuffs, then they are teling they register the complaint and I will get a call again. But not getting any kind of resolve.
                            Because of the Lethargic service, we are in mental agony and for the past one week we are not able to use our A/c only for the reason, we chose Urban company and its incapable technicians
                            Request to resolve the issue with immediate action, failing which with no other go I need to approach the appropriate legal forum.

                              As your sales executive r good n cooperative but the workers (painters) r not coming to verify the site n giving us excuses the site is small so we can't come.n telling us how the marketing team r taking the job. As we r paying to the company so it doesn't mean the site is small so company can't perform.As I am taking the service for the first time from urban clap but totally disappointed 😞😞

                                I have booked painting services from urban company and under the same service the paint strains were left over all of my furnitures. The company is not even replying properly for the same. Even after mailing there's no response, which is not at all likely for such a huge company. I am really disappointed by the service urban company has provided, my premises is full of mess because o[censored]rban company's painting service.

                                  I had some fault in our wall decorative light . The fault was that one of the three lights is not giving light properly and its getting dimmed.
                                  So i booked an electrician from urban company and technician named "Ashok Dagdi" who came to see the fault. He said something is not working properly and took the light for repair and later asked me rs1300/- for the same.
                                  just after an month period that light again began to give the same issue and if i try to book the same technician "Ashok Dagdi", he is not accepting it and some other technician will come.
                                  Just want to mention that Urban company trusts are getting dimmed because of such greedy people in the organization.

                                    Your person firstly came say your deep freezer has to change and after he was brought and fitted. He said compressor is not working and also replace. Now after 1 days reapir deep freezer is burst by unknown reason. I just want to say if parts that fitted new so why not work for long. Your person make fool to us why the parts not work very long. I am very hopeless nobody listen my problem... kindly request to do needful favor.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had taken Bathroom cleaning services from Urban Company on 9th Oct 2021. I am their regular customer for multiple services. But this time their person used some chemicals that destroyed all my newly done bathroom fittings. We had renovated the bathroom recently and installed all new American Standard company fittings. All fittings chrome polish got spoilt.
                                      I registered a complaint that very moment only and made the person speak to the Urban Company executive.
                                      After multiple efforts from me over calls and mails to them for the trouble this whole thing has caused me, Urban company is now playing smart by telling me that I should get my damaged things changed and share invoice with them and they will reimburse max 10K. And for this I have max 7 days as they fear I might fight for my case further and the 7 days will pass without giving me any help.

                                      Their is clear cheating of human trust. Just because I trusted and used their services they are asking me to settle, why settle, I very well deserve a full payment or replacement.

                                      Where have a I done a mistake to loose this 25K.
