[Resolved]  Urban Company — charging high price from customers

I have worst experience with urban clap, it’s way too expensive from any other service provider as per my experience today i had service and repair of window ac two units they charged rs. 7, 998 for this same work my neighbor call hitachi guy they did same work for rs. 2, 200 when i raised this issue with urban clap executive said we are accepting we charged more but we are providing you extra service like 90 days warranty in my opinion once we are done with gas refill and leakage problem it won’t trouble you for next one year at least so that facility is not useful for me amount difference gap is almost 100%, i won’t recommend this to anyone please go for company only hitachi, samsung or whichever brand you are using don’t go for urban clap.

Even when i said to executive i will raise this issue, he said yes sir you can give your reviews on twitter and upload the bill image as well.
