I m trying to contact with urban clap company but not one response on my mail

pethetic service by your mecanic and also with your customer care.
1 week before my refrigerater not doing cooling. i take a service from your company for repairing . one person comes and convey that only gas problem in this and take charge of 1500 Rs. i aksed him again and again that time check properly and any other problem then i didn't want to repaire but he convey that he check properly and no other problem but only after 4 days it's agin givne same problem and not doing cooling
now tha same person again visit today and now he said that some other part not working and ask more 500 Rs.
when i already asked him during 1st visit that if there was any other issue then he said that not other issue was .
now please take this metter . i am not paying a single rupees for this.
also i have not received any call from your team. please check and do the solution.

I need solution otherwise refund my money rs of 1550.

    The uv lamp of my kent ro got fused during lockdown. Everything else was working fine. Unfortunately kent ro was customer service lines were not working during that period. So i called urban company. They sent somebody to fix the ro. He changed 9 parts instead of just the uv lamp. I now have a ro machine that says kent ro from the outside, but the technician has removed all the original parts and replaced them with duplicate parts. And i was charged aprox 2881 for this.
    The complaint was made on may 1, and attended to on may 2 by anant.
    I have complained to urban company atleast 6 times, maybe more. Each time they say they will get back to me in 24 hrs. But nobody responds. This is just exploitation. Kindly help
    I would like to have my original parts returned because now my amc with kent will no longer be valid since they have removed all the original parts.

      On may 20th, i filed a request with urban company (Also called urban clap) for general service & sound correction of my perfectly working washing machine.
      The technician, mr. Nooruddin who was assigned to me, told me that the pcb board, the motor, capacitor all needed repair.
      2 days later, he came back saying parts have been procured. He charged me rs. 4698/-, for parts and labour, which i paid.
      For your information, this amount is 25% the original cost of the washing machine.

      After he left, i inspected the washing machine and to my dismay, found it was not working.
      I tried escalating this issue with urban company who promised to have it looked into.
      The same technician came back after 2 days and informed me that the wiring system needs to be replaced.
      He left again with motor, capacitor, pcb unit and wiring unit, leaving behind an empty shell of the washign machine.

      I have been trying to reach out to both the technician as well as urbancompany for days now.
      Neither is the technician responding, nor is their customer service able to solve this.
      From may 20th till now, 12 days have passed.
      My family is sufferening the brunt of this negligence during these covid times.
      We are struggling and hand washing our clothes daily in addition to many work responsibilties we already have.

      I seek your intervention for the following:
      1) refund of rs. 4698/- which i have paid urban company
      2) enough money to buy a new washing machine since all we have left now is an empty shell with all inner machine parts carried away by the technician.
      3) whatever penalties you may deem fit to impose for this irresponsible behaviour on part o[censored]rban company.

        The electrician charged me the full installation fees for the ac whereas he should have charged only the reinstallation fees for the indoor unit... He blades me of 1300 by this way... The company was insensitive and dint respond

            I booked a deep home clean slot for 10:00 am - 10:30 am on 29th of may 2020 at around 8:00 am.
            My slot request for 10:00 am was accepted but i didn’t receive any service.
            I waited till 11:00 am and cancelled the request,
            But i didn’t receive the refund.
            I want my refund asap. Please look forward to refund my amount of rupees 4499/- as soon as possible.

              I bóoked services o[censored]rban company for repair and maintenance and gas filling of my 4 acs last week.. Within 24 hours after serving, all the 4 acs are not giving cool air. I have paid rs 16390/ but i have been fooled by urban clap and nobody listening my complain. They hire local inefficient mechanic who does not know their job. No mechanism for redressal of customer service.

                Iam a resident of apex golf avenue sec 1 greater noida west (B 2205) gautam budh nagar we have invited urban clap people for ac servicing and installation of service i guess they have done more then 40 flats they have refilled my gas twice and collected the payment but the gas would not lasted for more then 1 week as per my information at least the company give guarantee of one season in case of likage

                I still remember these guys came from sahibabad named javed and pervez now both of them are not picking up the call and ignoring us they have to refill the gas in ac which will be a loss for them.

                They were wearing urban clap t shirt if these # were in your team i guess you will loose your credential very soon.

                I request you to kindly cancel their licence to teach them lesson.

                    Last year we have refilled the ac gas, but it was leaked within a month or so. Now we have decided to go with uc thinking it could provide us with better engineer and with concrete solution.
                    1) this year feb 20, 2020. We have booked an uc - ac service and repair service. Service engineer visited and confirmed that there is a leakage and took the outdoor and indoor unit for testing the gas leak.
                    2) 2 days later he called up and said that outdoor unit has a leakage and i need to replace the coil
                    3) we agreed to that and he replaced the copper coil and confirmed that everything is rectified and there are no other leakages
                    4) he came and fit the ac and filled the gas and tested - cooling was not that ok, but he confirmed that after a while it will be ok (Charged 6200 rs)
                    5) we started using the ac from mid march. Though there was no instant cooling, but it was working fine and lasted for 1 and 1/2 month, then started the problem. Cooling was affected and slowly water was leaking.

                    So again on may 1st we have a raised a complaint in urban clap, and same engineer was re assigned.

                    1) he visited and re checked and told me that gas was fine (With checking with the gauge), but he need to refill the gas as outside temparature is high.

                    2) later he said that r290 gas is unavailable so we need to wait untill he get that

                    3) on may 7th or 8th, uc executive and service engineer both confirmed that gas is available and will be filling it by tomorrow _ after that niether uc nor service eng called, i have called many times but service engineer never picked my call

                    4) on may 10th i have raised a complaint, and got a call from uc. I have asked to stop the work and repay my amount back. As they are not providing any service but no responce

                    5) again on may 12th i have raised the complaint, uc said that since they are not able to get hold of service eng, they have asked me to book a new complaint for imediate assitance and they will refund the new booking amount. And i did the same, since it is urgent for me.

                    6) new service eng came and confirmed that there is a gas leakage and left - charged 280 rs (Uc never refunded this amount)

                    7) again the compaint raised, they siad that as gas is not available we could not complete the job, i was very frustrated but understood the situation because of lockdown

                    8) uc said that may 17 they will finish the job

                    9) may 18th, job was closed without prior notice - repeatedly raised may complaints but uc never called back.

                    Conclusion :- service engineer might have replaced the wrong item (Since the same issue occured after 1 1/2 month). Or they might have damaged the ac.
                    So with all this frustration with uc, i request my money back 6200 + 280 rs.

                      I booked an ac service as there was no cooling. The technician didn't check anything and straight away connected the gas charging kit and claimed to fill the gas. I had my own technician come in a week later as there was no cooling, and he checked to find there was a capacitor issue and that the gas charging was not done. Urban company doesn't respond to me or refund the inr 3500 charged for a service that is not done

                        On 6th april rohit ([protected]) engineer from urban clap came and changed relay of my fridge.in 10 min he was out of house. He didnt check much and said its resolved. While reconnecting he disconnected my stabliser too. When i called same day he said connect after three hours. But when i tried connecting thru stablise even next day fridge wasnt working he asked me to let it work directly as my voltage was stable and there is no need for stabliser.
                        After a couple of days my fridge started same issue, he came after 2-3days of followup as it was ubder 3 months warranty. This time again within 10 min he declared pcb is faulty. Said now nothing can be done by uc it has to go to whirlpool. He promosed refund of 990/-. Its been more than two weeks neither has he given refund nor is he answering calls

                          I booked a service for kitchen cleaning, but the cleaner damaged my property. The gas pipe is broken due to which, I cannot cook food. Also my water purifier got damaged during some cleaning, the RO has started leaking. I am unable to get them fixed soon because of this lockdown. I am not able to cook food. This is very disappointing.

                            I have booked an ac technician for removal and re-installation of my ac, technician came and the work done. He didn't show it is working or not to my family and he left from there. After that for few months i have not used ac and started using it. It is not working so again i have a complaint to the uc they have sent the same technician he has checked and told that there is no gas in ac. So he told that i will fill gas as it is fault from my end and filled the gas to show it is working to me. This shows how much professional he is and i thank that technician for aggreeing that is his mistake. Again it has run for one week and again same issue. Ours is a brand new ac and not even one year completed these guys have damaged my ac and we are suffering in this summer with out ac because of this worst tech and company. They have hired road side guys and telling that we have professionals. This shows how professional technicians you have.. Now i am asking the uc they are telling that to claim warranty. So giving good suggestion to us like this... If you guys can provide basic service please shut down you company why giving such ahit ideas.. Better everyone umdont take service from urbanclap and don't waste your time, products and money.

                              Dear sir,

                              I posted a requirement for ac servicing at you site on 6th april, 20 and same day i received a call from santosh ([protected]) and he told me that he has seen a requirement on urban clap for ac servicing and wants to do the job. We discussed about tue expense and other terms and conditions. Je came on 8th april for servicing and gas filling in window ac and took rs.2000 for the same. But as it was not cooling, he suggested that he will come next day to change capictor. He came back next day and changed capacitor and took another rs.500.

                              I felt cooling is not happening and as he has given 3 months of warranty for gas and cooling, i called him to come and check the ac. First he said he is coming and then he blocked my number.
                              Urban clap is a reputed site and i trusted on him as he is registered member at your site.

                              Request to look into this matter and complete the work or return my money and take action against him.

                              Kindly do the needful.

                                    Hi, on women's day i had salon services with urban clap for the first time. Which includes under arms wax, full arms wax, threading and cleanup.

                                    Right after service completed my underarms and hands started itching. I ignored it once by thinking it happens after waxing. But it was getting worse and i started having red skin and my hands and underarms were full of bumps which was so itchy and painful.

                                    I have complaint on same but urban clap didn't respond well untill i shared pictures. Now i have shared all the pictures and i asked them to call me but they are not responding well.. And there is no customer care no. No i had always says that call can't be connected because all their employees are busy answering other people.

                                    I just checked that they have insurance for urban clap users against any damages caused during the delivery of a service booked on urbanclap of rs up to rs10000/- and i want to claim that now.

                                      I am disappointed and irritated by the service provided by urbanclap. I booked for an ac cleaning/service today morning. The technician came in and cleaned the a/c and after finishing the cleaning a/c started leaking and did not even clean my outdoor unit at all, i have raised a complaint online urbancalp customer care contacted me and the lady said she will speak with supervisor and she will get back to me in 30 min this was at 4 pm even after 4 hrs which is 8 pm now she still did not contacted me and if i try to connect to the number [protected] this is getting disconnected. I do not recommend any once using urbanclap. Customer care is there especially not to help customer who are suffering
                                      Sana came to do my facial. V unprofessional, unsatisfactory service. V rough rigid. Untidy work. Didn't clean the blackheads properly. Only concerned about her rating. No eyepads, didn't check the hands after waxing. Got severe rash with itching. Hopeless service.

                                        Ive been harassed by urban company now. Then urban clap. Since jan 2020
                                        This is express dissatisfied customer service after being a regular customer for long enough
                                        With a small child and no gyser functioning. Ive gone crazy and also have been facing issues in day to day life. I have put my time, energy and cooperated with urban clap fully. Now im tired of trying to connect and when they do connect going through the whole drill of wht happened. Not one person apart from myfm first caqe manager called me again. But no resolution provided till now. Im going through severe migraine issues due to this whole issue. No one seems to bother. Also havent been able to work since im spending most of the time waiting for the technicians to visit.
                                        We wanted to service or geysers since we moved in to our home in jan. We came across tje baner on urban clap app for the services and as i have been using their other services with complete faith
                                        The technician (Mohammed) arrived and as a protocol checked the temperature etc, and removed the hot water stored in the gysers and started the job..
                                        He did a good job with patience, but unfortunately as he assembled the gysers back. Both our gysers dint work.
                                        He changed one part in the bedroom gyser and thankfully starts working. While the common washroom gyser dint work. It started after hours of testing and error. We paid 501 online. But the transaction failed. And unfortunately stopped again. We asked to him raise an issue and he said that he will come back. Which he the next day and the third day. Unfortunately the gyser had an issue which occurred during the service which he couldn't diagnose, and informed urbanclap that he cant rectify it so send a senior. We were informed by urban clap case manager not to disclose the error by the older technician to the new one.
                                        The visit was scheduled with a senior technician gaurav and he came home checked the gyser. He wasn't a well spoken guy at all. Used language which was inappropriate towards mohammed and said he spoilt the coil while assembly post service. And the coil will be changed. After several calls urban clap agreed to send the part with gaurav as discussed. But after scheduling the visit gaurab never turned up. While speaking to hil on a con call with urban clap he refused to find the part (Coil) anywhere. Hence cancelled the job very very rudely. Also kept telling us to source the part on our own even though it was his responsibility.
                                        After several request again the case manager changed. This time chirag was assiged. And he was extremely well spoken. For almost 1 week he said we r finding a soultion. Sorry etc.. Sent another technician who diagnosed the coild being perfect and some part missing by the previous technician. Assembly gone. Thermostat. And 2 other parts. But cannot guarantee the gyser can function again.
                                        We have given one month and without a gyser its extremely difficult to function.
                                        After 3 technicians urbanclap had first informed us that the necessary parts will changed and they are sorry etc.
                                        We wanted our gyser to function like before.
                                        After a few days again theybsaid parts are unavailable. So they will refund 1500/- after i refused to accept 1500/- they said we need to call venus (The brand) and ask them to visit and share report with urban clap. Its a strange thing that uc doesnt wantnto resolve my issue, instead wants to involve the brand. Anyways the case manager said they will bear the visit charge of the venus technician visit. And i have to go through the harassment still of scheduling the eng. Waiting for him. Its sad that uc is harassing us so much..
                                        Now ive got the eng to visit our place from venus and he says this needsba lot of testing to check what has got spoilt during the service and re assembly done by uc.
                                        What am i supposed to do now??? Itd like a huge mistake i used uc to just service our gyser.
                                        I need a resolution immediately. Attached is the visit receipt and service request no from venus.
                                        Also none of the communication is received on mail as i requested. No resolution till date. Even after venus said its unrepairable
