[Resolved]  Urban Company — Chimney cleaning services

Chimney cleaning service was performed by Shri Amar chandra on 3rd/5th March, 2021 and on his insistence I made a Service contract also for a year.( 3overall cleaning and 1 deep cleaning)
I paid booking amount on line. And then another rs. 5959/-(.including spare parts etc and for 1 year Service contract.) I paid rs 5959/- by Paytm.
1. But your portal shows payment pending even now.?
2. First service was to start on 5th June. But nobody turned up and he is
not responding to my calls.
3.Can you please look into this.
