Team, I need to know why you guys are charging me again.. I booked my first appointment with you on 1st April & 2nd April's evening your engineer completed his job. Problem I had with my split ac was less cooling, so the engineer named Asif checked my indoor & outdoor unit and took the Indoor with him to fix the condenser coil leak as he said there's a leakage. So on 2nd of April he fixed it n did his job.

My Samsung AC is damage by the technician

I book a service for licking in my AC on[protected] and the technician came on[protected] at around 7:30 PM the technician unmounted the AC to check the problem but can't mount it back and left my place saying he can't do it by himself and need a helper will come back tomorrow and will fix this but after leaving he canceled my booking. I raised a complaint immediately for a revisit and repair my AC that was damaged by the technician. On[protected]...

Called for AC service on Mar 21, 2021. Found PCB needs to be repaired. Paid Rs 2150 but failed again. Since they have three months warranty for PCB repairs, I called them for revisit on Apr 24th. They returned the PCB saying it cannot be repaired. I lodged a claim for refund but didn't even receive a call from Urban company yet. Technician didn't even put back the PCB into the AC. He has lost some of the screws also and damaged my AC

      I booked for a TV repair on 20th'January 2021 and paid for 5, 417 for replacement of light strip+labour, however I felt the product repalced is not genuine so gave only 3 rating and mentioned the same in comments, also started facing technical issue from April.2021 and have I could not book the same person for a 90 days revisit. Seems he has left urban company, and the tele caller advised me to book another new service and told me this will be covered under the warranty, however the new technician refused to do it without a payment

        Electrician replaced ceiling fan speed regulator on April 13. But the part stopped working in precisely 9 days. On closer inspection, found that the date on the bill appears to be over-written. I was provided a sub-standard/counterfeit product I suspect.

          AC repair

          I had entered into a 1 year service contract with Urban company earlier this year for servicing or my AC. The rep Mohd Akbar came to my place as scheduled on 27 March 2021. While he did the service work, he did not check for the collection of dust or gas leakage in the feeder pipe to the ac despite me asking him to do so.           I've booked the ac installation service and the technician has left the job without moving an inch for last 3 days and have been incommunicado.

          Finally after 3 days of agony, I've got my ac installed from outside vendor.

          Pl refund my money asap. I've given you the order details below.

            Multiple Issues for My booking related to house Painting

            I got a call from three people and I explained the case. When discussing with the second person, he included the professional into conference call and he accepted the mistake. And the caller mentioned that he will make a call again. Around one hour later, I got a call from one more person and ask me to explain the scenario. Finally he said, he will make a call again after checking the mail posted by me. I think he didn't read till now.

            I haven't received the final update yet but asking the rating.

              As per my Booking, Mr Kunal Darji, service Engineer visited at our Society Gate, Devnandan Sky, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad-382424 at 2-23 pm yesterday on 7th April 2021.

              Due to ongoing Pandemic situation, some security verification was going on, in the system... at 2-40 pm i had a talk to Kunal, ... But by this time, he left the premises, because he was on hurry... But, he assured to come next day morning, i e today. But he did not turn up.. also did not reply my call to him at 12- 30 pm..

              I am astonished to see that, in your system, it is shown as Cancelled..
              Can you advice suitably...

                  We have asked for blue shades to paint our walls, but Urban company delivered shades of green and blue and they are not changing colours. Even no one senior is contacting me, they are asking ground staff to resolve issue which is worst. Their painter services are not good atleast as per my experience.

                  I am only paying hefty price just for the brand and quality of service.. if such brand is not able to resolve my issues then its disappointing.

                    I booked two split a/c servicing with second servicing after 90 days to 270 days by paying Rs.1885/- on 01.04.2021 ( Rs.750/- o[censored]rban credit, Rs.100/- as prime membership and Rs.1035/- through Credit Card) and the first servicing was scheduled at 10 A.M on 02.04.2021.
                    Technician came at 10 A.M sharp on 02.04.2021 but told that in system, it was showing that only one split a/c is to be serviced. It took almost 105 minutes to resolve the issue after prolonged interaction with Help Centre by the technician and myself.
                    After the job completion, I was asked to pay Rs, 90/- through the system which I denied. Again the matter was resolved after discussion with Help Centre which took 20 minutes. although the job was done but it was not closed by the technician the reason best known to the technician and the company.
                    On 03.04.2021, I was again asked to pay Rs.100/- by Mr. Sudhir o[censored]rban Cap. I explained the entire matter to him but he was adamant and uttered that Is to up to you whether you will pay or not the legitimate amount.
                    I contacted immediately to Help centre and they sought apology and assured that that have no demand and I have paid the correct amount for two a/c servicing with reservicing within 9 months.
                    But, today I saw in system that the technician has closed the job and the bill was made with Rs.719/- instead of Rs.850/- ( Urban Cap Credit and prime membership discount) and adjustment of payment of Rs.348/- from the credit card payment. I am perturbed with the frequent harassment by the company and still is unaware about the fate of second servicing within 90 days for which I am unable to confirm and rated the service.

                      Got my interior wall waterproofed by their so called professionals. Within a week water seepage started re occurring. Complained to their customer care on 31st March and they sent me a link where I uploaded pictures of the same. Next day they call me and ask if I would be available in the evening because the contractor who did the job would be re visiting for repair work. Gave 1star rating on Google play to which they asked me to mail them about my problem which happened on 4th of April. Today it's the 6th and yet no word. There's no option of contacting them again as they have left the current complain open. It would had been better if these people actually cared about their customers rather than showing fake concern on social media just to fool other people.

                      The job was completed on 23rd of March. The last call they did was on 1st April about the supposedly visit of the contractor who never came. From then I have been trying to get in touch with them through mail but no response from their side.

                          I have taken the service o[censored]rban company for resolution of non cooling.
                          As per their contract the service gives a 90 days, which is still there till date.
                          Unfortunately, the issue is not resolved.
                          And I am not able to connect to them. They have not shared the customer care number on there website.
                          They have disabled the "submit request for call back" option in the app.
                          This is really unfortunate the way customer problems are handled.
                          I hope the message reaches the right person asap and they contact me.

                              I had called for service to clean my rich fabric sofa. we saw that one of the chemical used was a floor cleaner. we were sceptical but thought that they are professional and maybe that chemical works.
