I am a Urban Company plus member. I have availed a Haircut Service from the Urbacn Company on January 7th 2022. The professional being assigned to me after charging an exorbitant amount was not good . On complaining this issue to the Urban Company they have promised me in written that I can avail a free service as a compensation with in one month. Now when I contacted the customer service for the same they are simply denying the service stating that slots are not available for the next one week. Where as I can see that the slots are available on their app for tomorrow only. This is just a cheating behaviour by the urban company to its clients. I am also attaching the mail confirmation from the company for your reference and necessary action.
