I have lodged several complaints about this issue to Urban company and uploaded photos too. One technician Tamilselvan from UC came to do kitchen cleaning services and spoilt my entire kitchen floor by using some chemicals. I have been reaching out to UC customer care several times. One Mr Utkarsh from UC is coordinating with me for the issue but no response for the last two days. I am already in distress as UC has spoilt my kitchen flooring and very highly frustrating with UC’s unresponiveness to resolve the issue. Have reached out several times to the help centre requesting call back. I have repeatedly explained this issue to a number o[censored]C help centre staff but to no avail. I demand a senior rep o[censored]C to get in touch with me and resolve the issue for me at the earliest. I feel extremely let down by UC-lack of quality work, damage to my property, lack if client responsiveness

      We have booked an appointment in urban company on 27.12.2021 with Rs 99/- for painting consultation. A person Mohammed came and given estimation of Rs 7640/- .and my husband paid that amount. Proof is attached. After that the same day evening he called us and told for painting extra Rs 175/- will costs. Then for that also my husband paid the amount. On 28.12.2021 one person named Takur visited our house and told on 30.12.2021 we will come and start the work. We are waiting for them. Now he called us and told you cancel my appointment in urban company, I will not do it. Then we called mohammed, he is not picking our call. They cheated us. We have called your customer care also. They are telling we can refund the amount of Rs 175 only. What we should do now? Rs 7640/- is not a small amount for a middle class family like us. If the same continous your urban clap reputation will go down. Please refund the amount of Rs 7640/- as soon as possible.

        I had already prepaid the standard plan value price online on 1 April 2021 ..
        my first ac service was done ..
        but i am unable to schedule 2 free ac service ..i tried too much but unable to schedule the on the app ..
        my plan package was going to expire on 31 dec 2021 ..
        so plz help me before the plan validity expire..there is no response from urban company and very poor customer service support..

            I have been following up with Urban team from past 48 hours to get the correct invoice pdf of my cleaning service of amount 2393 Rs. The issue is when I download the invoice its only gives me 1 page document mentioned only the convenience fee of 339 RS. I have been asking the team to send me the PDF copy of the document with correct amount they are playing just in circle.

            Also, they are just closing the complaint without fixing the issue. This is happening because of their app issue which needs to be corrected but these people are unable to understand that. I did everything to explain them, wrote multiple emails, shared the screenshot and also shared the PDF invoice but they are just wasting my time on this simple query.

            I need the correct invoice or the money to be refunded to me asap.

                Kitchen Cleaning Service

                I've booked a deep kitchen cleaning service, scheduled at 3 pm today (27th December 2021). Once the professional arrived, he simply mentioned that he won't be able to do the service and left. After that when I raise the concern through UC app, I didn't get any call back from them.                   I booked for hair cut for 26th Dec 9am. I made the payment of Rs. 598. Someone named Gopal was assigned to the service. He did not turn up. He did not even call to inform that he would not come. His phone numbers were unregistered. I tried the HELP button -- no one called me back even though I got a message that someone will call me back in 15 mins. I called up Urban company to complain. The call was getting disconnected and no one bothered to call back. After sometime someone from urban called from [protected]. He kept disconnecting the call, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said he cannot check for any record and did not bother to check my booking or refund it back.

                  My experience with Urban Company has been horrible. Please take care of the issue at the earliest.

                        I booked my appointment with urban company for 20th December, 2021 timings-8 AM
                        As they were not able to allot any professional they asked me the alternative timings and I told them to book the same for 3 in the evening but they were not able to allot any professional for 3 in the evening. They again asked me to co-operate and shift my appointment to tuesday, I told them to book for 4 in the evening but no one turned out neither the professional nor there was any call from the company.

                          UrbanCompany Lucknow is probably the shoddiest operations active. In just two separate sessions, I have dealt with the same below par work, irresponsible workers and clueless agents.

                          First, the work done was more damaging than unsatisfactory.
                          When we expressed disappointment, we were assured of a resolution.
                          When the follow-up appointment was cancelled without notice, we connected with the "help centre".
                          The agent was unaware of what had transpired and was uninformed on even the whereabouts of his service providers.
                          After setting a second follow-up appointment and a confirmation call with the worker, we have again a "no-show".
                          Not only has nobody shown up to finish the job they messed up, UrbanCompany has updated our app profile with an "issue resolved".
                          With such serious misbehaviour on their part, I expect a prompt response.
                          For an "established" enterprise like UrbanCompany, isn't this flawed functioning rather embarrassing?

                            This is the fact finding o[censored]rban Company/Clap;
                            I opted for options
                            1: Intense Deep Cleaning for 2 bathrooms and
                            2: Move in Cleaning for 1 bathroom.

                            The URBAN Company, personnel have spoiled my Jaguar Fittings and tiles using Acid and Glass Paper+Knif type of things. As per the specification and commitment by the URBAN Company, these personnel are professionals and equipped with all tiles cleaning Machine and proper defined liquid. Unfortunately, these personnel were local labour type of persons having neither such defined necessary liquid nor machine. And took 3 hrs and spoiled all bathrooms fittings and tiles.

                            I called up URBAN Company Customer care executive, Mr. Rishab has come on line whom I reported all such incidents and asked him to immediately replace all spoiled jaguar fittings and tiles etc. He ignored and said will talk to cleaning personnel and get back to you. They never ever called me nor taken any action for replacing etc. For their sack they give only miss calls which is not recalled.

                            I strongly request your goodselves to take proper actions on so called URBAN Company and delist as well as cancel license to ensure such things should not repeated with other customer(s)

                                We had booked today deep cleaning service today for our flat where weare currently living in from urban company. People who were sent were so arrogant and rude, they said for beginning only that we can not do it for almost everything, like kitchen loft is having stuff inside so it will take time to clean, single 2 beds are there in bedroom we cannot do cleaning. And the cleaning which they did was just a facewash with just a wet cloth and we could find stains still there on all the places they moved that cloth and skipped many areas of each door or kitchen almirah.
                                Lastly they called there people and they cancelled our booking with any intimation and these people harased us and left. Now we are seeing few things are missing and some cash is also missing.

                                This is just a facewash that it has been notified. They are just calling and saying we will book service for another time, as if we are having just time for them, they will cancell and keep waiting for another time from them.

                                Their so called professionals who have done everything unprofessional, they will just tell we have sent your complaint to concerned team and they will do whatever they have to and no information about that will be given to us.

                                All fake. I am afraid whether I will get my refund or not.

                                      Booked for painting service under the advice of the painting consultant from Urban clap. Work was not done. Booked around 25 complaints in the help centre o[censored]rban clap to refund the amount. No response so far. Minshul from the customer care promised to sort out this issue but no update after 2 days of follow up.

                                      30 minutes after raising the complaint here Urban clap representative called and sorted out the issue within 15 mins. If this was doable after a complaint here, could not understand why they could not sort it out while the concern was raised in the help centre of urban clap and even after 3days.
