This is in regards to the Water Purifier which was sold by Urban Company not more than 3 Months back and i have been facing a lot of Issues and no one is ready to Help me.
I purchased this water Purifier in April this year and so far it has gone faulty at-least 4 times. Including Defects with Over Flowing, Lights Not working and now from the past 2 days RO is not functioning at all. I have raised a complaint 2 days back and have not received a call back or tech even after 48 Hrs now.
When I purchased this RO, I was promised a No Question Free Re-Visits but the fact is none of the Tech is willing to pick your Free SME Re-Visits as they say they are not paid by Urban Company for these Free Re-Visits. As a big and reputed Company, This sounds really cheap and unprofessional. Everytime Customer care guys do a Paid booking/ReVisit and i have been asked by Techs to Pay them in cash to close the Booking -- Even when my RO is still under 12 Months warranty.
For the past 2 days I have been purchasing Filtered Bottled water as it has been more then 24 Hrs. This Machine is not working and I am not getting any help, There is no customer care number to which I can talk. No one is working on my open ticket. I am just very disappointed by your service.
Now finally I am writing to you guys and hope I will get a solution for this, If possible I would be happy if this Faulty Machine can be replaced or else I have no other option other than to move to Consumer Court and get this Legally sorted. Was this information helpful? |
