Hi team,
I would like to raise complaint against urban clap. On 18th jan 20, i booked a beauty salon service with urban clap. I did facial on sat evening and the very sun (19th jan) evening i have developed rashes all over face, cheeks, forehead and neck. To get it treated i had visited skin specialist on 22nd jan\’20, she confirmed that i developed rashes due to the product urban clap beautician has used on my face. She instructed me to apply few creams and ointments and advised not to get exposed to sun.
Eventually, i explained this situation to urban clap on 22nd jan itself and requested to pay me facial amount (I. E. 1499 rupees) and the medical bill amount which is 2428 rupees but team failed to give me any update. After numerous follow ups, today they refused to pay facial and medical bill amount and mentioned that they will either just pay medical amount which is 2428 rupees or just service (Which included facial & pedicure) amount which is 2455 rupees.
I have shared with urban clap team my prescription n medical bills and today as i had follow up appointment with skin specialist, i again shared the new prescription aswell with the team. However urban clap refused to pay facial amount and medical bills amount which is[protected]+ 1499) and offering to just pay only 2428 or 2455 only. I request you to help me get the compensation for the agony, humiliation, pain and torture i have gone through due to this rashes and provide me an justice by at least giving me my money of 3927 rupees.
