Urban Company — dont get service under warranty period

I Purchased a Native M1 Water Filter through Urban Company approximately 10 months ago. As per the product terms, the water filter comes with a 2-year warranty.
Despite the product being well within the warranty period, I have been repeatedly denied service whenever I attempt to book a service request through Urban Company. Each time, my service request is rejected or not supported, and no proper reason or resolution is provided.
Since the date of purchase, Urban Company has failed to provide required service support for the product. This continuous denial of service during the valid warranty period amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing inconvenience and mental harassment.
I request appropriate action against Urban Company and seek resolution through service, replacement, or refund as deemed fit by the Honarable Consumer Forum.
