You neither provide any number for customer to interact with a human customer associate nor you provide any chat option to write directly to a human rep of your company. I regret to Inform you that i have done deep cleaning in my house on 14th June 2025. Your franchise people said wall strains not covered in my package and company is not given any training in this regards. I have paid total Rs.5598 ( additionally given to them Rs.600).

I had to cancel an appointment due to an urgent meeting and did it much before 3 hours, still their AI chatbot does not provide any resolution, nor have they provided any number or email id for a feedback!
What kind of a pathetic company does charge 300 rupees unnecessarily and then makes sure that there is no way for a customer to claim it!!
I need complete refund for this stupidity on their part, I was not even able to reschedule...

On april 17th I availed Ac jet foam servicing for my ac from urban company, after two hours post service ac stopped working. I had paid on 17th December 2024 for cleaning services, but there was no booking done on urban clap. Nothing shows in the "my order" list.

Tried reaching many times but no proper complain number given on the website and customer care mentioned that they don't have any information, and they simply can't help, not even their senior management can't.

I got a water heater (geyser) installed on 10 Dec, 2024. I paid a total of Rs. 858 for installation and one inlet-outlet pipe.

Had purchased a M2 water purifier a month back via Amazon and I have been trying to connect it with the urban company app but there isn't any option. Tried the help and support section in the Urban Company app and it does not list anything but just an option named "undefined". Also tried the Amazon app but the order asks to contact the manufacturer.

I purchased on Flipkart site for a urban native m2 model, this is an iOT device, but every m2 model to connect with an mobile the mobile has have 4g handset therefore I'm having a 5g mobile handset, so it won't connect through with water filter system. I had booked AC Service in the month of April'24 - Post that 10 Days AC colling was perfect, but i started facing colling issues in May '24 almost 20-25 Days after AC service done by Urban Company . I booked cleaning my split AC with Urban Clap. Today on 26th April 24 2 guys did the cleaning and before leaving they told me that gas is low in the AC and he can refill the gas in Rs 2000 and if I get gas refilled through UC it will cost me 2500/-.
