My new under warranty Ac was damaged by urban company technician, not left it in running conditions.

On april 17th I availed Ac jet foam servicing for my ac from urban company, after two hours post service ac stopped working. Complaint registered and it was addressed on date april 22, by another technician which was appointed and later concluded that the ac outdoor unit pcb was damaged, urban company provided replacement of the pcb with the new on, on 5th of may urban company installed new pcb without providing bill or any proof for the...

Urban Company Technician Broke My A/C Compressor No Accountability or Resolution

I booked an A/C servicing through Urban Company and had a terrible experience. The technician sent by the platform broke my A/C’s compressor during the service. Shockingly, he didn’t inform me about the damage and left as if the job was done properly.

    I booked toilet cleaning services at urban company. They damaged and broke my toilet seat. They initiated and processed a refund for 39000 but refund amount was reduced to 13000 which is very less compared to damage.they changed the service to ceiling fan cleaning which I had not ever booked.

        Money deducted from account, but no booking done

        I had paid on 17th December 2024 for cleaning services, but there was no booking done on urban clap. Nothing shows in the "my order" list.

        Tried reaching many times but no proper complain number given on the website and customer care mentioned that they don't have any information, and they simply can't help, not even their senior management can't.

        Refund of 1264/- as professional misbebaved with my mother and left the job incomplete

        Service Break-up in invoice and in the app are different

        I got a water heater (geyser) installed on 10 Dec, 2024. I paid a total of Rs. 858 for installation and one inlet-outlet pipe.

        Payment break-up as per app and mail invoice,

        Inlet Outlet pipe: Rs. 300

        Unable to connect water purifier to phone

        Had purchased a M2 water purifier a month back via Amazon and I have been trying to connect it with the urban company app but there isn't any option.         I Karthika Mandadi contact no=[protected] booked a service regarding washing machine in urban company app and company has sent the authorised technician for repair .concerned person came and took the "machine part out and said" he will resolve the issue within two days but it has been almost one month now still he has not repaired and he has taken the machine part and that person is not answering any calls and msgs .
        This has made me a lot of inconvenience. The company should resolve the issue within two days otherwise we file a case in this matter.

          Water filter native m2 model

          I purchased on Flipkart site for a urban native m2 model, this is an iOT device, but every m2 model to connect with an mobile the mobile has have 4g handset therefore I'm having a 5g mobile handset, so it won't connect through with water filter system.           I got the pest control done and it is still in warranty. the cockroaches have again re appeared and i requested for a revisit to redo the pest control during the warranty period. but the irony is that they hv cancelled my request and now i am not able to rebook and can't talk to any human interface

          quite surprising that a comapny like urban company is behaving such way.
          there is no contact phone nos or customer care and only virtual chat which does not help

            My gyeser was not heating the water. The professional changed the heating element, but broken something inside the tank and now the tank is leaking water. He also broke the pressure knub. The gyeser is unusable now because of this leakage issue. Urban company denies to provide the protection claim that they advertise.

              The AC had minor leakage problem in the end which is why I booked a service appoint from Urban Clap. Now, post their service, the AC not working properly at all.
