Water filter native m2 model

I purchased on Flipkart site for a urban native m2 model, this is an iOT device, but every m2 model to connect with an mobile the mobile has have 4g handset therefore I'm having a 5g mobile handset, so it won't connect through with water filter system. Flipkart saying they only can replacement but if I replace for this same model same problem will happen. I want a full refund...

I got the pest control done and it is still in warranty. the cockroaches have again re appeared and i requested for a revisit to redo the pest control during the warranty period. but the irony is that they hv cancelled my request and now i am not able to rebook and can't talk to any human interface

quite surprising that a comapny like urban company is behaving such way.
there is no contact phone nos or customer care and only virtual chat which does not help

can u pl arrange to get the pest control revisted again and solve my issue.

    Damaged my gyeser

    My gyeser was not heating the water. The professional changed the heating element, but broken something inside the tank and now the tank is leaking water. He also broke the pressure knub. The gyeser is unusable now because of this leakage issue. Urban company denies to provide the protection claim that they advertise....

    Service not given properly and denial of service given at all when amount paid

    I recently had a frustrating experience with Urban Company that I feel compelled to share. On the day of Rakhi, I scheduled a home service appointment. I provided the OTP to the professional, who inexplicably chose not to enter it in the Urban Clap app, resulting in no service being started.

    The AC had minor leakage problem in the end which is why I booked a service appoint from Urban Clap. Now, post their service, the AC not working properly at all. Neither its cooking down the room, nor it's default settings are working properly. Moreover, it's showing error code - E5 continuously.

    Kindly send back your guys and get this resolved ASAP.

    Or I'm gonna take it further legally due to damaging my product and mishandling the se.

      Engineer suppose to help, broke my machine

      I lodged a complaint with Urban Company about water continuously entering the drum, and Mr. Osaf Ahmad was assigned to address the issue. He visited on 30.05.2024, identified a faulty inlet, and informed us that it needed replacement, which we requested him to do. The problem was resolved, and the water stopped entering the drum.

      Technician scammed me

      My Mobile no. [protected]

      On 31st mar 24 i availed UC repair service for my Refrigerator that Gas need to be refilled. UC engineer filled Gas and repaired it after charging INR 2600.00 however he was not quite equipped and well trained.

      Even after UC repair my freeze was not working fine and was facing trouble with cooling issue continuously so I called him again on 16 Apr24. UC engineer visited and said now it will work better but again same issue persist. I thought that gradually issue will be resolved and kept patience for repair.

      So I called UC engineer again on 17May24. Engineer said now i have repaired it fully and keep freeze off for 12 hours and try after 12 hours off.
      Next day when i switched on my Freeze still same issue moreover now cooling of freeze is totally out this time. Earlier it used to cool freeze little bit.
      I called UC engineer then he said that he is not able to repair it so approach refrigerator brand for repair i.e Samsung.
      I still said that I have availed UC services and paid fully amount as demanded by you so give me complete resolution and don't leave me stuck in this situation but he said its out of their capabilities.
      So i raised complaint on UC mobile app through Chat window. I received calls post my daily folllow ups. I was advised by UC care to avail brand repair services and I'll get refund from UC post showing Branch GST invoice.
      But now when I have availed Samsung branch services and provided bill to UC for INR 14206. UC staff totally refused to refund amount though promised. Special mentioning UC customer care staff Sanskar Mishra is very rude in customer handling and didn't listen my issue and abruptly disconnected my call. Moreover closed ticket in chat window and when I am trying to reopen ticket that option is disabled.

      I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHY YOU SENT ENGINEER WHO DOES NOT HANDLE BRANDED PRODUCTS. ENGINEER DIDN'T ONLY FILLED GAS WITH INACCURATE PRESSURE BUT DAMAGED COMPRESSOR DUE TO WHICH MY BRAND WARRANT GOT TERMINATED AND I HAD TO BEAR UNNECESSARY CHARGES OF INR 14K FROM BRAND DUE TO POOR HANDLING BY URBAN COMPANY. I DID'NT GET RESPONSE THAT WHY UC ENGINEERS AND CUSTOMER CARE STAFF ADVISED ME TO AVAIL REPAIR FROM SAMSUNG BRAND, WHY NOT UC SENT PROFESSIONAL STAFF TO REPAIR MY REFRIGERATOR AND RESOLVE ISSUE. I SUFFERED MORE THAN 2 MONTHS IN THIS UNBEARABLE SUMMERS DUE UC POOR QUALITY ENGINEERS AND CUSTOMER CARE.

      RESOLUTION:
      1. I WANT REFUND OF INR 14K ELSE I AM FILING LEGAL CASE THROUGH CONSUMER COURT.
      2. NEED APOLOGY FROM UC CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SANSKAR MISHRA FOR MISBEHAVING

      NOTE-- I HAVE ALL SUPPORTING CALL RECORDINGS O[censored]C ENGINEER ASKING TO AVAIL BRAND SERVICES. UC CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ASKING ME AVAIL BRAND SERVICES AND I WILL GET REFUND OF BRAND GST INVOICE ALSO. THAT I WILL PRODUCE IN CONSUMER COURT IF NOT RESOLVED, IF ISSUE NOT RESOLVED.

        I got my AC repair done on 27th April however, the executive provided only a temporary solution and charged me 3300 for the same. i have already complained twice since then however no solution was provided. now they are saying we have escalated the issue to our senior team and they will get back to me within 24 hrs however its being more than 48hrs and noone has gotten back to me. infact i am getting a new time in every hour. this company has gone really bad with their service, they used to be good but now things have changed. they done care about their customers and their grievances at all. Chat system is worst, their executives sitting at chat are useless and have standard template of 'we have escalated and team will get back to you within 24hrs' when its already being more than 48hrs. they dont even check the issue.

          PCB issue post AC Services

          I had booked AC Service in the month of April'24 - Post that 10 Days AC colling was perfect, but i started facing colling issues in May '24 almost 20-25 Days after AC service done by Urban Company .           It showed a warranty of 2-3 years for gas leakage. But within a month only it is not cooling properly.             I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Urban Company and its agents concerning fraudulent practices encountered during the service of my air conditioning unit. The specifics of the incident are as follows:On 10th May 2024, I reported an issue with water leakage in my air conditioner, which was otherwise functioning optimally in terms of cooling. An agent from Urban Company, Mr. Mohd Sohil, attended to the problem. Post-repair, the air conditioner was confirmed to be in working condition by Mr. Sohil, who even suggested contacting him directly for any future issues, bypassing Urban Company.However, the same night, the air conditioner ceased cooling, and water leakage resumed, accompanied by an issue with the flap. Upon contacting Mr. Sohil the next day, he asserted that the air conditioner had no refrigerant gas, a problem not previously disclosed during his initial check. He then demanded additional payment for rectification, which I declined, choosing instead to escalate the issue to Urban Company.Urban Company subsequently dispatched another technician, Mr. Mohd Nazmi, who reiterated the gas issue diagnosis. Upon my insistence that the air conditioner was functioning correctly prior to Mr. Sohil’s intervention, Mr. Nazmi conceded that such discrepancies sometimes occur and are often overlooked by the company.Following this, Urban Company arranged for a senior technician, Mr. Anas Khan, to investigate the matter. Surprisingly, Mr. Khan arrived uninformed about the specifics of the investigation, suggesting that the company’s so-called investigation was merely a formality. Mr. Khan expressed dissatisfaction with the company’s customer service practices, stating that such issues were common. During his visit, I communicated with Mr. Anuj from the audit team, who assured me of a resolution within 15 minutes. No follow-up was made, and Mr Khan eventually left, expressing his own frustration with the situation.
            Then began a series of calls with customer care agents - Deepak, Mukesh and Harshit. All of them said that the investigation confirmed that their person did not do anything wrong, and they would close the ticket. They told their senior technician did not find any fault with what the original technician did. I tried to reason that there was no way to find out; hence, the technical should have informed me about the gas issue. They acknowledged it was a mistake on the technician's part in the diagnosis, but they cannot do anything about it and will close the ticket. They left the customer who called up for a service worth Rs 612 and now will need to bear the loss of Rs. 3000.This sequence of events suggests a troubling pattern of misconduct and negligence, which Urban Company appears to overlook due to apparent incompetence.

              We have taken AC service from Urban Company on 4th April, 2024. Service has done, but after servicing, we have facing AC cooling problem approx. 5-6 minutes means 4-5 minutes AC’s cooling working and 4-5 minutes AC’s cooling not working. So, we had called Urban Company to revisit since 17th April, 2024 to 28th April, 2024 at least 3 to 4 times. Urban Company did not able to find out the actual fault, but we had called to LG Company to find out the actual fault. So, they told us PCB problem. So, we had called Urban Company to PCB problem, they told us we are not responsible for it.
              So, we are raising complaint regarding PCB problem.

                Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Misconduct and Damage Caused by Urban Company Technician

                Ma’am/Sir,
                I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by Urban Company for AC servicing. On April 3rd, I scheduled a service request for the servicing of three AC units at my residence. The technician assigned to the task identified gas leakage issues with all three units for 10500 INR and recommended excluding one unit from the servicing due to a damaged condenser/compressor therefore brining the cost to 6736 for two air conditioners (as provided in the photo of the bill annexed below)
                The technician also advised me to seek services from Lloyd Company and even offered to assist if they did not repair it. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when Lloyd servicemen inspected the units on May 5th. They discovered that the capillary pressure tube had been removed by the previous service technician, i.e., the Urban Company representative. This act was done with the intention of extracting more money from the servicing, as confirmed by the Lloyd servicemen.
                As a result of this unethical action by your agent, my AC unit has been disqualified from warranty services, and I am now facing a repair cost of 12000 INR. Furthermore, the Lloyd servicemen pointed out that it is highly improbable for three AC units to simultaneously develop gas leakage issues, hinting at potential fraudulence in the initial diagnosis provided by the Urban Company technician.

                Despite my attempts to seek resolution through Urban Company's customer care, I was unable to find a suitable option in the app. I resorted to contacting the Urban Company technician directly, who initially provided vague responses but eventually admitted to removing the capillary tube and failing to reattach it. The Lloyd servicemen claimed that this was done manually by bending the tube on one end and breaking the tube on the other end with heat. This negligence on the part of your representative has not only resulted in financial losses but also endangered my family's health, as revealed by the Lloyd servicemen who warned that operating the AC without the capillary tube could have led to catastrophic consequences.
                In light of these serious infractions and the significant financial and safety implications they entail, I demand the following actions from Urban Company:

                1.Full compensation for the repair cost of 12000 INR including the previous amount that is of 6736 INR incurred due to the damage caused by your technician's misconduct.

                2.Reinstatement of warranty services for the affected AC unit or provision of adequate compensation for the loss of warranty coverage.

                3.Transparent investigation and accountability for the unethical practices carried out by your representative, including appropriate disciplinary action due to misbehaviour.

                I expect Urban Company to prioritize the resolution of this matter promptly and take necessary measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

                I await your immediate attention to this urgent issue and a satisfactory response outlining the steps that will be taken to address my concerns.

                  My master-bedroom A/C was serviced by Urban Company on 13.03.2024 and the leakages were repaired by your Technician Anwar and leaked Gas was replenished by him.
                  Last night the same A/C stopped cooling and we had a horrified niight.
                  Complaint was filed and Your Technician Faizan is here today to attend the same.As per his observation, outer unit of split-ac has two leakages and the same was not opened by your earlier Technician.
                  Now will you please explain as to why a retired Senior Citizen like me should bear the cost of negligence caused by your company's technicians.
                  You are therefore requested to refund the entire amount for the earlier and the current ongoing service without any delay.

                    Hi.

                    The Plummer said he needs to go get parts. He then asked me go make the payment of 7k for the parts.

                    He came home with the parts said it was faulty and that he had to go back and get another part.

                    He then never returned. My flush is still not working and I have paid 7000.
