On the 27th April 2022, I booked a service for an electrician to get installation and service of my inverter . The service professional arrived, he quoted an amount and said he had to go get materials to do the job the next day and he said the inverter battery was to be charged at their store overnight. So we agreed and gave him the battery( worth Rs 6000) and the advance of Rs 2500 for the materials, but the next day when we called the professional he said he went out of station and said he’ll be back in a day or two so we waited for a day and called him immediately after the said time. Since that day I.e. 29th April 2022, the professional stopped answering my calls, I had to escalate to the urban company office, I almost wrote 20-30 mails but nobody responded, even when a call back was arranged, the professional did not respond. Neither the company nor the professional is responding and it’s been almost a month, I have suffered a loss of almost 8500 rupees and time, effort chasing the professional yet there is no action taken against the professional or the team concerned.
