I had a terrible experience the second time with Urban clap/Company, this people are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL IN PROVIDING THIER SERVICES, I booked a bathroom cleaning service today 9th of May 2022 and one person from the company came and refused to clean the bathroom citing unprofessional reasons, the service was of Intense bathroom cleaning which should cover anykind of dirt etc...

But looks like this people have earned a lot and now they have started showing thier attitude towards the work, very UN-ETHICAL AND UN-PROFESSIONAL IF THIS IS THE CASE,

I request to BAN CLOSE this company forever so that other customers are not impacted..

THEY FAILED TO DELIVER TO THIER PROMISES..

    I had opted for Painting Service from Urban Company. The work started on 29th October 2021 and got completed on 5th November 2021 There are two issues with Urban company which I have faced, firstly while the work was going on their labourer had caused damage to my tv and refrigerator. There was a deep scratch on my tv and few dents on my refrigerator. I had immediately informed Urban company about this and initially they agreed to pay compensation of 1000 but according to their policy maximum amount of compensation is 10000 and the amount of damage done was more than 10000 so I told them to pay more but they didn't agree and the issue was left unresolved. Then after completion of the work I was told that there is one year warranty for any water seepage or any minor touch up issues. Now I m facing the minor seepage problem since past few months so I called them for rework, . The executive told me to send the pictures of the seepage, I did that and then they had sent their supervisor for inspection, he inspected and took thd pictures and told me the that he will fixt the problem in one day. But now to my surprise today they told that seepage is not covered under warranty. If seepage is not covered then why did they entertain me and wasted my time. They keep telling lie The urban company policy is also for the namesake, they don't follow their own policy. Kindly help me resolve this matter as it is my hard earned money which I have spent trusting Urban Company. I request you to
    resolve the issues ASAP. I hope justice is done. These companies should not be allowed to exploit their customers

      Damage of my Water purified

      Hi Urban Team,

      This incident happened in bangalore on 8th may 2022. I have registered for basic service for MY Water purified.
      Technician came and he said TDS is 25 and we need to replace all filters. Though i told him its not more than 5-6 months, i have replaced.
      he said Sir INR 2048 will cost, pls replace, you will get TD 70-150.
      I did. Within 1 hour he left, We Saw too fouly smell from our RO since there is wrong wiring water left inside adapter.
      Complete Adapter, bacteria choke, Water purified main tank body melted.
      Also, Sensor stopped working and Complete damage.

      Also, There is no TDS value changes yet, I have videos and evidence for each. and techinician Sir my fault pls check from cmpany. i cant do anything now.

      I am hereby asking to compensate for my mental loss, my water purifier damage, my Service charge of INR 2048 to Urban company asap.
      My family is suffering lot from drinking water from last 2 days. i sent all emails, proofs, Still customer care keeps on telling we are checking.
      pls take this on high priority and claim damage to my propeorty under insurance of INR 10, 000/

      We have already harassed much here. We drunk already water with plastic particles compromising with our health. Have to rely on external Water till now.
      Asking for compensate for my Water purifier damage and Service charge cost -INR 10000/=

        We had our AC services. Few days later the cooling completely stopped. We called Urban and a technician showed up. He said the previous filling they had not tightened the bolts properly and all the gas had leaked. He was nice. He said our AC service was under warranty. He told us to reschedule under warranty. We tried to do that multiple times. No one showed up. There is really no proper esclation mechanism. All of the operators are just trained to say a "sorry" without even understanding what the issue is. We eventually got Samsung itself to come and service it again.

        We are big users o[censored]C. However, we will never again use them for anything electronic. Will just use them for basic carpentry, plumbing etc.

              I had called professional from urban company for my ac repair.Professional arrived and my problem got solved.But the same month the problem arose again..i got a free revisit..everything was fine now again just after 10 days the problem has occurred again..i called 2 professionals both of them asked me to call the one who repaired my ac before and he is unavailable these days..I literally feel helpless and i regret to go for urban company..My ac has stopped working and the professional is unavailable..Will never go for urban company in future!!!

                This is with regard to a booking for geyser repair about 2 weeks back on April 25, 2022. The technician initially took away the complete geyser unit citing some repairs/part replacements, adding that he'll fix it within a day. However, it has been almost 15 days and he has not turned up. Nor has he been responding to calls. I've raised the issue in the help section repeatedly and I'm being told by the UC support everyday that he's on his way and will complete the service within the next 2 hours (same response every single day), but he never shows up and is simply fooling around. It's extremely unprofessional on part o[censored]C to have such technicians in their team, who have neither any value for customers' time, nor the courtesy to pick up calls/update their customers. I urge stern action to be taken against the concerned person and/or refund of the amount for my geyser and the bad service (as he seems to have run away with the unit). In the absence of a swift resolution, I'll be forced to escalate the matter further.

                  I have booked for a chimney deep cleaning worth Rs. 1248.00. However the service provider performed basic cleaning as deep cleaning is not possible for the product we are having. It was a prepraid booking as there was no option of pay after service. I raised the issue and the company promised to refund me back Rs. 650 after after deduction of 598(cost of basic cleaning) from the amount I paid. As per their record amount has been refunded back to my bank account but I have not received anything. Everytime I complain they call me back and say foolish things. I just need my hard earned money back not their calls.

                    I ordered AC servicing through Urban company company on 24th March 2022 which was done on time.
                    Since I had to travel, i could not check the performance after servicing. When I returned back after 15 days, it was not working.

                    It was said that there is warranty of 1 month.

                    I raised the complaint on 19th march 2022 through App. Since then Urban company is just rescheduling the work mentioning unavailability of the person.

                    Now mentioning that warranty period is over and i need to do fresh booking.

                    Why such reputed firm is fearless in taking the ownership of the warranty period and fooling the customer straight forward.

                    Its really hot and they are dragging the issue since last 20 days.

                      Urban Company Good Only For Cleaning Toilets, not for ACs or Other Expensive Electronics

                      A week ago on I had scheduled Urban Company for servicing my 2 ACs. My AC was cooling fine and they just needed cleaning for better air throw maybe. But it was cooling very efficiently.

                      I had scheduled 2 Deep Cleaning Services ONLY separately a day apart from each other. The first one was scheduled on 26th April at around 4 PM and the second one was scheduled on 27th April, around 10 AM.

                      On April 26th, the first technician came on and after initial checking told me that there was no gas in the outdoor unit. When I told him that my AC is cooling fine how come it can do so without gas in it. Then he showed the gas pressure was 60psi with his pressure gauge. Can't believe the AC was still cooling fine WITH 60psi gas in it. After the cleaning service was done I asked him about the gas filling cost to which he said that it will cost Rs. 1500 if I do it through him offline, and will cost Rs. 2500 if I book on the UC app. That surprised me and created doubt about the technician as he was selling offline service and was not even respecting that it was UC that was giving him work. To verify his claim further, I then asked him to compare the pressure reading with the 2nd AC unit. He checked and showed me that the second outdoor unit was good and the pressure was 140 psi.

                      All fine till now... I waited for the next day to get his claim verified with 2nd UC professional. Now the problem starts...

                      On 27th April morning when the 2nd technician arrived to service the 2nd AC, he didn't even touch my work and told me that there was no gas in my outdoor unit and that it was leaking ( for the same AC which read 140psi on the previous day).

                      I explained him surprisingly that the same AC was checked by UC professional yesterday and it read 140 PSi, how can it be 60psi now? He checked both the ACs and told me that both the ACs had no gas and there was ice formation on the gas mouth which was a visible sign of low gas. He asked me to get the problem resolved and reschedule the job. My AC which was cooling fine till the previous day had stopped cooling efficiently by now.

                      On 27th April, around 11 AM, I complained to the UC customer care team to which they sent a senior technician and the first technician to revisit. The 3rd technician who was sent as a Senior SME visit by UC too did not work on it and said that both the ACs has visible signs of ice formation and that he can't work without resolving the issues. Meanwhile, UC sent the first technician who created all this mess for a revisit. He came, he checked and he went. His pressure gauge this time read 100psi for both the ACs.. I wonder what happened to other technicians' pressure gauges then. He too was surprised by his new reading. All professionals gave different readings for the same AC Outdoor Units.

                      Now the actual irresponsible act o[censored]rban Company comes to the forefront.

                      I raised my issue on the 27th of April, around 11 AM. From then till now, UC is not able to resolve my problem. They keep on calling and calling and calling but without solving the problem. Finally, on 30th April at 17:32 they provided a resolution that they will fill gas for 1 AC only and the gas for the 2nd AC will have to be filled on my own expenditure with no fault of mine. Even for that, they have not assigned any professional yet nor did they give me any date. They aren't sending me any written communication which I have asked for multiple times, about their half resolution to the problem which was created by their professional. They are just collecting my email id and saying will send an email in the next 24 - 48 hours but the email never came. They took my email 3 times but did not send me any communication from their end. On top of it, every time a new professional calls me without having a knowledge of the issue to whom I need to re-explain the issue again and again.. End result is that now my both the rooms are without any ACs for the last 6 days in this hot weather. I have a serious cancer patient at home and a small baby and their discomfort is becoming an even bigger issue. However, UC does not show any keenness to resolve the problem with priority and empathy.

                      Urban Company and its professional was responsible to tweak my good working AC's gas, so that they can make more money out of it. Not only that! They are now even wasting my time in having to explain the issue again and again to their customer care agents which again is not just a waste of time and money, but also raises agony and deteriorates mental health. I am finally writing it and escalating it further to find a resolution to the problem created by their unprofessional technician whom they call Partners. if you call them Partners, be responsible for their actions as well. not just earn commission from them.

                      Having learnt the lesson the hard way, next time I shall be more careful and will use and recommend Urban Company's service only to clean toilets. Don't allow them to touch your expensive electronics.

                      I accuse Urban Company of damaging my ACs 2 outdoor units and leaking gas in order to loot more revenue. Urban Company's unprofessional technician did this so that he could sell more offline services to me. 2 of the Urban Company's technicians who came later refused to service my AC citing damaged outdoor units and gas leakage. My AC is not serviced yet and neither is the gas being refilled. It's been over 9 days since I last complained about it. No resolution yet.

                      Their technicians have touched, opened and worked on both the AC Outdoor units leaking both of them. Their technician suggested me not run my AC as the compressor might get damaged. I could never imagine such a dreaded experience for just booking an AC deep cleaning service.

                        This is the first we had hired Urban clap for their service. During the the visit, the person spoilt the ac by removing the gas. During their second visit they again didn't do any justice to ac and now the AC has stopped working. Now in this terrible heat our ac is not working and it's very difficult to work with such high temperatures and no air conditioning.
                        We had submitted a complaint regarding this day (2nd May) before yesterday and still no one has come to fix the issue, today is the 4th May already.
                        Please advise how should we issue a complaint? Should we go to the consumer court or put it on social media?

                          Dear sir, there were few damaged and ac cooling issue in my Ac for which the executive told me to take service from sharp ac and they will reimburse me fully till 10000. But now, they are denying and telling for 4500 approval without any proper reason. Plz look into the matter and tell them to reimburse balance amount of rs5500 as I have attached bill too.

                            We again hired Urban Clab for servicing the AC which stopped working after Urban Clap's last failed service. After working for two days the AC has again stopped working. You requested to send your team again on an urgent basis to fix the problem and get the AC working again.
                            An immediate action is needed to be taken.

                              I had booked a urban company professional/plumber on the 1st of May to attend to a blockage in the drain of a kitchen sink. The professional arrived and attended to the matter. Although the professional resolved the issue of the blockage, he damaged the interior of the sink in the process with acid stains/spots. Customer care has been communicating with me on this matter without providing any concrete solution. They have been transferring the issue to the cleaning department, as the plumbing department does not have the knowledge to remove acid stains/spots The cleaning department visited the premises with a professional and denied service, as they do have the tools to remove the acid stains/spots. A resolution or refund or coverage for the damage has not been issued. Urban company claims that every booking has a damage coverage of Rs. 10, 000, but have not even fulfilled anything for the damage and inconvenience caused. Customer care just keep calling me to close the ticket I raised without providing any resolution to date.

                                The professional has damaged motherboard of my TV which is under warranty from Urban Company. They took TV from me on 16th April 2022 and the same is not yet replaced with motherboard yet. No Positive response is getting from the company. Kindly help.

                                    Urban Company is charging very high cost for spares which are being replaced by their service Engineers.

                                    they have charged me INR 840 for a refrigerator thermostat, where in the market Thermostat are available from 100 to 400 rupees.

                                    Please make an enquiry and have some governance on these service provider companies, they are not charging genuine cost on spares.

                                      My name is Lokesh and my number is [protected]. I have been having same issue time and again. I have scheduled a hair cut at home at 0730 pm 01 may 2022 and to my surprise u never had any professional to take care of. Till now 02nd May 2022 09 00 AM no update from urban clap. They advertise falsely that they will provide service but in reality they never do. They show slots available online and they do no have any professional. No one from urban company CONTACTs the CUSTOMER to update. Urban company is a fraud company.

                                      Urban company is making fool of people. This has not happened for the first time. In the past as well i have faced issues.

                                      U make a booking today and they will assign a professional after 48 hours and will not even update you.

                                      Urban company CEO Mr. Abhiraj Bhal is also blind and deaf. He is greedy for money. They have ### working in the company.

                                      Till now i have had no updates from urban company. They will take money in one minute and will not provide service to you and then they will keep.money for 7 days. Also they have no one to answer calls. They have been dragging me from the pillar to the post. In the past as well i have had same issues with urban company. Urban company is a shameless company and so is Abhiraj Bhal. They are shameless. They have third class CUSTOMER service. All urban company knows is how to do fraud and how to loot CUSTOMERs. They have very bad reviews and still they are doing same mistakes. After they take money they will forget the existing CUSTOMER and start hunting for another innocent CUSTOMER to loot and irritate them.

                                      Urban company must be thrown out of india.

                                      Urban company, their employees and CEO Abhiraj Bhal are such shameless people that inspite of getting feedback they will never work on it and keep making same mistakes time and again.

                                      They don't have employees, they don't have professionals. They will never update you on your request.

                                      Third class company hai urban company. I will post this experience every where on Social media and let people know o[censored]rban company false and malicious practices.

                                      A CUSTOMER is GOD for urban company when giving money in advance, however, the CUSTOMER becomes a DOG when it comes to offering services on time.

                                      Urban company and their employees have been mentally harressed me for a long time.

                                      My experiences with Urban company is like pain in the ###.

                                      My questions is " if you do not have professional for the given time slot why the hell urban company takes bookings and make people fool why urban company drags a CUSTOMER from the pillar to the post "

                                        It was disgusting to have one of the worst experiences of my life with Urban Company when one technician revisited my residence yesterday i.e. on 30/04/2022. He misguided me & cheated Rs 1200 from me on the pretext of gas charging, which he never performed. Like a shrewd mechanic, he took mobile from my hand, despite my objections & told me that the receipt would be generated by Urban Company & that I need not to pay anything to the company & the cash should be paid to him. Why such technicians having doubtful integrity are sent by the company for service is baffling. Moreover I was told by the company that a senior technician would be sent, because I was totally dissatisfied by the services of previous one, but the revisit proved just a formality, because the technician sent by it named Shadab Ansari appeared mere an amaeture knowing nothing about the job, except treachery, who just tried to fleece me & had been successful in doing so. More shocking was the response o[censored]rban company's official who called me, after repeated requests from my end. He just wanted to do a formlity & tried to unceremoniously disconnect the call immediately saying that he cannot be of any help. Now neither of the two is picking calls which clearly indicates that the company is working hand in glove with such cheaters like Shadab Ansari to name a few. The company executive in stead of behaving like a roadside shopkeeper, should have shown some courtesy & as a goodwill gesture should have atleast arranged a revisit of same technician but it looked as if he was in too hurry to redress my grievance. I strongly recommend never opt for this company for any of the services being offerred by them. What lies in future of the company can be anybody's guess, Highly pathetic services
