Useless customer service not at all Helpful property damaged contacting since 1 month no action on my complaint...

My window air conditioner was serviced for cleaning on 24th March. The machine is not in much use and when started on 2nd Apr,
unusual high pitch running sound was noticed.
Under your 30 days warranty of damage of
appliance, a claim was lodged on 3rd Apr. Since then I got call from your customer care team 2 times about assigning
senior technician to fix the problem, but no visit was made.

We have raised request to install the AC in our new house which was taken care on 1st February by "MD Abdul Mateen" .

We have been facing issues since then including Gas leakage. As part of follow up visits from Urban clap to fix the issue. We were told from technicians that installation was not done properly and hence all these issues.

Now that we need to uninstall this AC to shift to other room, no technician...

AC Servicing Failure - Gas refilled but the technician did not bother to repair the gas leakage point.

Under Warranty servicing, however, when I click on claim warranty on the app, it says no slots available and the get a call button never functions.

It seems that they run a scam and don't even provide numbers to speak to any customer care agent anywhere. Writing a mail is the only option - which clearly indicates...

I have not even applied for any openings in your company then why are your executives calling and messaging regarding such openings.

Have AC repaired through UC. Technician filled gas, cleaned in-door and out-door units. After using it for a night, the indoor unit malfunctioning. It is powering on/off on its own and could not use the AC from next day. Have raised issue with booking on app, but no response from UC.

UC turns up for new booking. After that if any issues with service, we have to leave it to god. Local help is much better than UC....

The AC is not providing cool air even after proper service is done....

Urban company had completed a painting project for me, but there were quality issues in the paint. There were small bubbles that had appeared in all the walls. This was raised with them, they sent a technician who checked it and confirmed that rework is required. I have been following up with them almost everyday to schedule the rework, but they just call and promise a call back. There is never a call back, and there is nobody trying to solve...
