Urban Company — Excess charges for work not done

Incident: Two bookings were made by mistake for Geyser check-up. I attempted to cancel one of them through the app, but no option was available. I raised a ticket within 24 hours, yet no agent was assigned in time. I even had to personally call one of the assigned professionals to request that they not come, which has been such a frustrating experience for me to follow up back and forth with the concerned person assigned.
For the second booking, the professional (Dipankar Mondal) did visit but was unable to complete any work. Despite this, I was charged INR 288. I understand that you are charging me a visiting fee of INR 100 visiting, but the balance amount should be refunded as no service was actually provided.
Resolution: Partial refund
