Urban Company — Gang of cheaters - Organized crime by company

Availed Geyser service in UC and Technician took the geyser with him - was charged 2500 for replacement of heating element & thermostat. But, after 20 days, again it stopped working - When i called the customer care - i was told that, if previous placed parts are repaired - they would take care of replacing the new parts as this service comes under warranty. New technician came & identified that Heating element was repaired. On careful examination, he clearly told us that, previous technician didn't replace with new part, simply cleaned it. Now, when i am calling to the customer car - no body is responding or resolving my issue. Every time, was promised that, with in 24 hours, issue gets resolved but that 24 hours not completed even after 12 days. Never ever believe the urban clap. They are cheaters, liers. they are hiring the fraud people and looting the customers money in organized way. i am very much disappointed with their service. I would encourage, everyone to use brand service people instead o[censored]C.
