on 28th July when i have Booked UC professional for my RO repair. Mr. Amar Sigh ( professional name) .He visited and done the service. he changed my both filter.
I have also taken warranty for 3 month provide by UC. My machine got shut down again on 2nd oct . i lodged complaint to UC team and they assigned a professional (Not the older one). the next guys refused to come as he told it is a warranty case so he will not do. I raised this issue with UC team and they have assigned a new professional Mr. Abhijit Thakur.
since 7th Oct my RO has not been repaired and i am calling everyday UC team everyday i get assurance to rectify in 24/48 hr. but not done yet.
Everyday they are giving new excuses and alibies. I am taking to Neha Aggarwal case manager from UC team.

I am foretasted and disappointed totally I don't no How to reach the Company Owner or senior management to address the my issue.

Please help

    Gang of cheaters - Organized crime by company

    Availed Geyser service in UC and Technician took the geyser with him - was charged 2500 for replacement of heating element & thermostat. But, after 20 days, again it stopped working - When i called the customer care - i was told that, if previous placed parts are repaired - they would take care of replacing the new parts as this service comes under warranty.     I raised a request with Urban Company for a technician visit for refridgerator repair along with cover that covers me with a revisit of technician should the same issue recur within next 90 days. Technician visited on 20th September, 2020 and replaced few parts on additional cost.

    The same issue started reoccurring since 22nd of October and I was assigned with a technician for a revisit. However, technician declined to offer service stating that since it is a revisit he won't provide any service for free. Someone by the name of Nikhil from customer service team assured that he will assign a senior technician and there should be no charges if the issue with refrigerator is same. Unfortunately, this time too your 'senior technician' declined on giving any service since it is a revisit.

    After futile attempts to have a technician visit to my place I requested your customer service team several times on the app to give a callback as the issue remains unresolved due to no show of your technician. I have not received any calls from your team.

    This is a commitment that you make to attend any issue should they reoccur within 90 days of first visit and I am just asking for what I am entitled to. Request someone from your team to look into this unresolved issue since it has been more than a week now that I am chasing the customer care and technicians for a revisit.

    You have marked it as 'resolved', despite your technicians declining to revisit to understand the ongoing issue. Simple case of commit more, deliver less. In spite of trying to contact customer care several times, no one from your team even bothered to call me back over the last one week with a resolution.

    Ridiculous, no one bothers to contact from customer care. Their technician is still 'on the way' from 25th of Oct, 2020.

        Urban company is a gang of cheaters. I used their chimney repair service. The technician took the motor for rewinding, billed for shaft and bearing replacement but actually did nothing except cleaning. Charged Rs 2500/-
        Problem repeated within one month. When Called for within warranty repair, he told me that now this is a new problem and blower is broken.
        I was not convinced with his arguments and called the other local technician. He dismantled everything in front of me and I was shocked to see that the blower was perfectly alright and only cleaning work was done where as billing was done for shaft and bearing replacement. I sent all the images to urban company but till today no response.
        I want my money back.

            I was been charged 3000 for pcb replacement for lg washing machine in last order on Dec 2020 and been told that the new board is been replaced and 2 years guarantee told by Saddam Hussein but we had got same issue and today booked new service and guy told it is not new instead of old machine board.kindy do the needful get repaired without extra charge or the refund of amount charged for pcb board which is not new

            We would like to inform you that the warranty for the services under the repair category is of 90 days from the date of delivery( the same has been mentioned in the company's application/website) and any unsatisfactory experience in this regard needed to be reported within the same timeline.

            Since the warranty is over, we would not be able to take any complaint in this regard.

            You may place a fresh booking where a new professional could be assigned to your requirement wherein the service will be delivered on a chargeable basis.

              I have booked a massage service from urban company around 1.5 months back. The therapist was Husna Bano.

              Now after 1.5 months I receive call from her. I initially ignored her calls but later when I took the call she asks me 'who are you?', 'i have been calling multiple times but I get busy line, why?' I did ask her why did she call but she keeps repeating.
              I cut the call after stupid questions from the other side when she is the one who called me. I blocked two numbers from which she tried to contact me and I recieved over 30 missed calls continuosly from this woman.

              I try to check how I can register a complaint on urban company. But there is no space for help from the company unless I have a booking. Nor there is any customer helpline number.

              This is not the first time I am facing this issue.

              A service company like urban company should maintain a helpline number irrespective of bookings.

                I logged a complaint for AC cooling issue in April and technician without finding the issue filled the Gas and charged my 2500 Rs..after few days I reopened the ticket and he mentioned some different Issue and charged me 1400Rs..in october I again faced same issue and again same story repeated. Without finding the issue technician said that there is gas leakage..filled the gas and mentioned AC service is required so that you dont face this issue again. This time charged me 3200 Rs...after one week AC stopped cooling ..I reopened the ticket. Same technician came and he was not able to find issue and was making random guess work.He left the job incomplete saying he will send his senior and to my surprise closed the ticket. I logged customer complaint on 23rd oct and till date no technician assigned...worst company for AC issues...Dont trust them .

                I want my money back and Insurance amount for damaging my AC

                  I have booked for painter and paid excess amount .I have sent so many mails to their help center but till date i have not received any mail or call to refund the amount.

                  They are cheater that's why they don't have even customer care number where we can call them and asked about our issue.

                  Their customer services are very bad and they are fraud.

                  Don't ever book any services from Urban Company or Urban Clap.

                    Unprofessional service

                    Today i booked professional for my bathroom cleaning. I made payment online, instead of that after 5 hrs the assigned person called me and refused to give service at the end moment and put me on big trouble. They reschedule it on its own time and which was after 2 days, didn’t bother whether that will be suitable for me or not.
                    Ridiculous.
                    And even its so corrupted that the service person encourage you to make payment by...

                    I booked a facial and some other services through Urban Company. The service profession who came firstly did not provide a new disposable sheet for me to lie down on. She did not use fresh clothes to wipe my face either. Very very poor hygiene practised by the professional. After completing the service she again did not throw out the disposable sheet but put it back in her bag. 5 days after the facial I started getting a rash on my face which lasted for 8 days. I consulted a doctor and was told I have a disease which will stay with me for the rest of my life. This disease can spread primarily through skin contact. I have written multiple times to Urban Company help team and they have done nothing.

                        I booked service for my Ac servicing on 19/10/2020, for 20/10/2020 at 8:00 am. but unfortunately Ac technician Md. Rizwan unable to give the service on right time. he call me at 7:30 am & asked me for postpone. showing the reason unavailable of instruments. but i informed him that can not delay. than he asked me for booking cancelation. in this time again i refuse him. at 7:45 am he cancel booking by him sefl.

                        this is dose not expect form urban clap...

                          I've booked a plumber service for 05/09/2020 (DD/MM/YYYY) but before 1 hour of the service I got a call from the plumber that he will be late by 1 hour and informed me that any tools he bring will be charged extra from the payment I made online, I asked why, he said it's the rules, I was not told anything like when I made the booking so I called the Urban Company customer care service. They consulted with the plumber and managed to forgo any charges for bringing the parts, I agreed to wait. But the plumber never showed up. I have paid ₹299 for the UC membership along while making this booking having pathetic service. They have refunded ₹138 for the service only but never refunded for the membership fee. I asked them multiple times to refund it and don't be like online scammers. But they denied to do any help. I waited and agreed to keep the loss but now when I'm booking a haircut service they are asked me to pay fee again claiming that each service have different membership which they never informed before this is even more pathetic. I want my money fully refunded at this point. Even their customer support is the worst and have no professional behaviour.

                          I didn't buy the membership separately, I didn't know about this membership at all. I was just trying to order a plumber service and UC app asked me to buy membership where it wasn't written that the membership will be limited to only a few services. This is completely ridiculous.

                            I ordered Urban Company Painting Services. They have a policy of paying 35 percent advance. Please don't fall prey to it. They smiled and laughed and promised everything till they received their advance and then...
                            They vanished.
                            No executive ever picks up calls. There customer service repeats the same thing again and again. Work hasn't even started yet. If that's not enough, they had the audacity to ask me to pay the rest of 65 percent for starting the work.

                                I have took urban company ac insatallation service on 13th sept 2020 while doing so it is also recommended by their technician that installation work also requires 1metre copper wire too .So i agree for that on total i pay approx 2400 rs in total.
                                After affixing copper wire and installing ac and checking all parametres including ac gas which is more than half filled as ac is only 1 yr old technician left giving me assurance.

                                After few days i felt ac is not working properly their is some leakge of gas that occur due to poor installation of that extra 1meter wire by urban company technician.
                                Also as i have opt for warranty facility while booking urban company thier is clause of 90 days warranty too that they will cover any damage cause by service.
                                Their technician again visited me today on oct 11, 2020 and found that their is no gas now whole gas got leaked out and ask me to pay again 2500 rs for refilling my gas that i already had.

                                What kind of justice is that? urban comapny is making joke out of me by harassing me in best possible way.
                                Their sales mangaer whom i talk over call for their poor service is not giving any satisfactory answers . They are giving absurd reasons that sir its a machine we cant do anything anything can happen.

                                  I am filing complaint on basis as my requirements are not understood properly and wrong advises are given, which now making mess,

                                  We already have done cement plastar on which putty and fresh paint need to be done on many walls, but we get quotiation and material as per re-paint only,

                                  Now the person who had come here for inspection not picking up my calls..

                                  We are completely in dark.. no response coming from URBAN COMPANY SIDE.
