We have been fooled by your service executive Santosh. We already had the copper pipe for re- installation of split ac at my home. Santosh has said that your copper pipe has been bend from two sides, hence it cannot be fitted and you have to buy a new pipe. For this he installed 3 mtr. copper pipe, and asked 750 rs. per meter, whereas market rate of a good quality copper pipe is not more than 150 rs. per meter!!
So for 3 meter copper pipe your service executive has charged me 2250 /- (Two Thousand two hundred fifty rupees)!!!
I can proof this market rate if want, what the hell you are charging !!!
Copper pipe could be very well cut and joint with an another piece of copper pipe but Santosh opted out for changing the whole new pipe because you all want to make huge profits by fooling customer !!!
What else, the Drain pipe for which you have charged 100 rs. per meter, again these rates are double than the present market rates, which is usually 20 to 30 rs. per meter !!
You have looted us and this is the first and last time we are availing your services of looting a customer !
I will definitely go to the consumer court and spread this looting incident on social media too.
Your executive Santosh didn't even described the rates of this fitments before installing.
I want all my extra money back(i.e. 2000/- rupees) in my account in my account which Urban clap has looted me by making fool after installation of AC. Also a claim of 02 lacs (Two lacs ruppe) against mental trauma given by fooling and cheating me (a customer) and breach of belief.
Executive Santosh and his helper was also not wearing PPE kit while came for service during this Pendemic disease act. Where my wife is also there in home who is a 2 two months pregnant and might get infected because of the negligence o[censored]rban company's executive Santosh and his helper by not wearing PPE kit during the installation of AC at my home.
