I would like to detail it. Booked a service from my mobile app id [protected]@gmail.com and number is[protected]. I booked for cooler pump replacement. From the start of replacement pump starts to give electric current. On visit mr rohit verma told me to call his personal number in place o[censored]rban company for any complaint. I called him on 30 june 2020. He came and try to solve current but there was no result. After some day i submit abooking on 11 july 2020 time 9.30 am. He came and cancelled the booking from my phone that there would be no current.. Problem remained same with current. There after i resubmit complaint on 21 july he came try to solve problem but all was vain. Due to electric current there was sparking and fan is not working. My complaint no. Uc0a4cacaba09. I claim insurance

    We are having a problem in our ac after we had a service from urban clap. Our ac is not working properly. Some issue is coming in its cooling. The ac service is not at all satisfactory. Please make sure to send a profesional again to make it.

        Problem in booking revisit

        This is a disgusting customer service by urban clap.

        On april 30, 2020 i had got my ac repaired for the water leakage problem and paid almost 4500 rs but now when the problem has started again and i tried to rebook the revisit, i was told by your agent that i had to wait for one week. If it would had been a new booking, they would have sent a guy the very same day.

        My wall is getting damaged due to the leakage...

        I booked an online repair service throeugh urbanclap to repair my AC (9 May 2020).
        AC service has been done on 10 may 2020 related to cooling issue. Service person has done the below things
        1.AC Split service
        2.Gas charging
        3.Nuts replacement
        4.Replaced with new copper pipes
        which has costed me around 6657/-. and 289 Rs/-

        But after a week again the same issue is repeated, cooling is not coming from AC.Raised a query to urban clap on the same as May MONTH, they called on[protected] and informed that they will arrange a technician but still no technician came to check the issue.We are not able to reach out to the customer care number provided([protected])

        The cooling problem has re-occurred within week of repair and URBAN CLAP is not honoring the 90 days warranty. Even contact customer care also their no proper response.
        This is a gross deficiency in service by Urban Clap and could be considered as cheating the customer on the pre-text of false promise of 90 days of warranty.

          I booked a service on urban clap for waterproofing in my hospital. First of all they initiated the job too delayed and the problem has not been solved yet. The wall becomes wet whenever it rains. And now when i called them regarding the wall leakage even after their service, they are refusing to take up their responsibility and their executive is saying that it is not their responsibility. The wall in my hospital leaks worse than it used to before. Urban clap must take the responsibility of their service and abide by their warranty policy and complete waterproof the wall as assured by them.

            I hired urban company for ac services. The technician insisted that we stay away while they were checking gas. We could hear him intentionally taking out gas for quite some time and later he told us that their is a problem of gas in the AC. I raised multiple complaints but no company representatives bothered to call back. This is despite more then 25 reschedule and call back requests.

              I had put in a complaint regarding refrigerator cooling not happening on 25th may'2020, the engineer came and corrected the issue and charged rs. 2200, after a month and a half again the issue occurred on 15th july'20, the call center executive informed they will be sending the the engineer within 24 hours, the next day he arrived, and informed that the issue need to be re-done and other parts are required to correct the issue. I informed, how would i know what the concern is, i had booked by complaint a month back in good faith that the concern would be corrected, but again the concern has risen with no support from the urban company. I have been calling since yesterday afternoon to the call center, but they are not responding at all. The engineer is also following up, but there is no support. My refrigerator is not working since 3 days, all the refrigeration products are now damaged and thrown. I wasted also more than 2000 rs of caking making products.in the current covi situtation no flat members supports on products being transferred to their fridge. We are in complete dissaray with no support from urban clap company. Please support at the earliest

                  Hi team,

                  My washing machine is water is drain issue. After service done new issues came due lack of knowledge of machanie
                  1. Drum is getting sound
                  2. Anti clock wise is not rotated in rinse
                  3. Drum speed is high in spin

                  As per my assumption we need to go brand new product.

                  Completely dissatisfied service.

                  Sent so many mails to support team and did not get positive response.
                  The activity is done almost 20 days ago and complaint raise almost 15 days ago.

                    I had raised a job for ac service and repair with urban company for 9th july 20 and rs. 538 was paid online for the same before the service.

                    Technician rahul raghav came, did the basic cleaning service but the ac still did not work as he was not able to understand the problem and repair it. He left the job open with a promise of coming next day for fixing it. Next day he did not come and stopped answering the calls and lockdown was to start for 2 days from that evening (10th july). When i contacted the helpline, they said technician was on leave and he can't come today. So i got the job done from outside as lockdown was starting on friday night. He started calling after the lockdown was over on monday morning asking for money rs 2800 for repair work when he hadn't even repaired the ac. Although service charges were already paid before the job via app. Today he came to our society asking for money with the police, spoiled my reputation in front of a lot of society people. Thankfully i had the bills of outside repair shop, so he was sent back by the police itself. How dare he do so without even actually repairing the ac and leaving the job incomplete, not answering my calls and msg when i needed the work to be completed?? We are getting urban company blocked for entry into our society as this is the 2nd incident of misconduct in the recent past here. Uc may check their call logs when i had raised a complaint for job completion since this guy rahul raghav was not answeringy calls, after that in a call back from uc, the executive said he can't come as he is on leave. These guys think they will keep troubling people and your company will grow like this? Hiring fraud resources and giving worst experience and harrasing people!!! Never take any service from urban company!

                    Unban Company resolution cell also doesn't seem to know how to work and simply loot the people without providing services, exactly like their technician

                    Instead of giving resolution, they have sent an invoice of RS 2800 to me today and the email I'd mentioned by them in the previous response isn't even viewable! Where should we write? There is no helpline number? Who should we speak to? When will this harrasment end???

                      Uc is fraudulent company. They charged me for ac repair where nothing has been done or replaced. The ac is not functioning immediately after the technician left. There is no transparency as they charged the amount without repairing anything. I have waited to see i[censored]c responds or not after rebooking the service. Its been almost a month since the case is open. I think uc is waiting for the warranty period of 3 months to expire so that they can charge again for doing nothing. I decided that i should make it public now so people can be careful with them in future.

                        This has regards to my most recent booking for electrical work done at my in-laws place thru urban clap.

                        Following is a candid feedback for the services provided by your electrician mr. Suman dutta :

                        We are very disappointed with the pricing of the services. This is not an appropriate way to rip off customers during lockdown periods. I have hired him before and confided in him to do a good job. His work is fine, but the materials procured by him from the market were too expensive, which could have been solved easily by me if i knew a shop in close proximity to the serviced address. He made a good cut by overcharging my folks on the materials procured by him.

                        In terms of the work done by him, the major rip offs were in regards to un-installation of old led panels for tube lights and fresh installation of led panels with tube lights for which we felt grossly cheated. Switchboard cleaning and repairing was another major area where we felt cheated.

                        We have been charged extra upto 5 bulb fitments whereas there were only two bulb replacements done. Drill hole and hang pack of two was also a blatant rip off as i am not sure what exactly did he do. The work happened in my absence as i could not attend to this errand owing to my personal commitments.

                        It happened at my in-laws place where both my in-laws are not aware of most of the electrical work. He took complete advantage of them being naive to the technicalities of the job. This is very unbecoming and unfair.

                        Such malpractices should be condemned with proper disciplinary action against such individuals who call themselves professionals to be initiated by uc at the very behest. I am grossly disappointed by uc. It is visibly apparent that you guys are creating a dent for your reputation because of such crooks who try to make a fool out of naive individuals. Honestly a work of this nature could have been done at less than half of what he charged my folks today.

                          I got one split ac repaired and serviced on 20th june 2020 for want of less cooling.in addition i also got serviced 3 more split acs serviced. The job was assigned to izhar alam and i paid total amount of rs 4496/-. I have not received copy of invoice. One ac which was repaired is not working as the water is leaking from the ac. My booking of service of my split ac giving less cooling and was told that gas has leaked. Accordingly the team did work and charged for repair and gas on 21 st june 2020.

                          However on 9th july its cooling has completely gone and most probably gas leaked as it is throwing fan air only. Kindly depute the mechanic for rectification pl.

                          I am disappointed with your system as there is no quick communication link/customer care no./ specialised app. For reporting post service grievances. How can u make us talk to illiterate mechanics for sharing post service grievance and then we are at their mercy as they may refuse to attend or shall attend at their convenient time and date, i have already experienced their behaviour when i had to call him repeatedly and finally when he picked up the phone, i told him to come tomorrow but i got cold reply that i am on leave and shall come day after. All these developments were not routed through the team o[censored]c and i was left at mercy of the mechanic who will pick up the phone at his discretion. There was no check on him for delivery of services and what he talked and said.in fact he started arguing with me as to why i sent you my complaint of poor service.

                          You are destroying the brand with false advertisement as there is nothing sort of process of sanitisation of tools in front of customers is adopted.in fact they are so casual in handling and keeping their tools on table, beds, chair etc. That customers start thinking that they have done a mistake in availing services o[censored]rban clap whose business model is only taking a cut/fee irrespective of quality of service.

                          Since yesterday, no technician has been deupted and no one has spoken. You are requested to kindly resolve the issue immediately.

                            Got my 2-year old 1.5 ton lg split ac serviced on 28th may, 2020. The original complaint was less coiling. Service engineer did gas refilling and also did ac service to our satisfaction. Then since the past one week, there is little less cooling and the fan motor speed changes on its own. Have logged complaints on the app but have not received any response. Got a call once in the morning but could not attend. Have been waiting since then.

                            I have not heard from anybody. You can never speak to anyone at the customer care number: [protected]. IVR message will simply redirect you to App help center, where you have to enter a message and request callback. NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

                              *on 18th june 2020 i had booked an ac technician. Mr siddiqui muhammadjuber abduali was assigned who told me that the motor and fan of the ac needs to be replaced. I told him to get me a new motor which he did for 2338rs. And the ac worked well for a day. The ac is company ac and i am accountable for any parts replaced.
                              *the ac stopped working nd i got inntouch with the technician directly nd he never cme. So i got in touch with customer cre nd they reassigned mr abduali for the sme. Mr abduali cancelled my booking.
                              *i scheduled a new a new booking and the new technician was asked not to work on the ac.
                              *after sending several mails i was contacted by ms shikha from customer care and i was told the motor would be returned and the ac would be repaired.
                              *mr abduali returned a duplicate motor which the company confirmed as duplicate.
                              *the new technician has told me that i would have to buy a new motor which would cost me 5oook.
                              * urban clap has displayed unprofessionalism by not dealing with their own employee and keeping their customers waiting and not respinding.

                                Urban company had sent technician for repair of my refrigerator. He visited up 3 times and on contrary damaged the fridge.
                                I made a complaint, id:uc072d284e4 but shockingly uc has not done anything except making false assurances.

                                I ended by being duped of rs.2700 and refrigerator further damaged!
                                Urban Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  It is very surprising to learn that even after 3 days have passed since the technicians have opened the parts of my washing machine and took away with them for making the necessary repairs, I am yet to learn the fate of my said machine parts.

                                  Neither did those technicians contacted me since then and intimated me about the condition of the machine parts, nor did they inform me as to when they are fixing them into my machine and making it operative.

                                  This type of silence from the technicians is not only unethical but against the fair trade practices in India, which is prejudicial to the public interest or to the interest of any consumer.

                                  I expect that my machine parts are repaired and fixed to my machine and thus make it operative immediately.

                                    Friends this is to inform regarding cheats and poor quality of AC Technicians o[censored]rban Company and response to complaints
                                    I had got 2 AC repaired & Serviced and another 2 AC only serviced from Urban Company on 30 May. and paid a total of Rs 10, 635 that day..
                                    My Daikin AC used to make sound occasionally. The Urban Company person Mohammad told me Gas of my Daikin AC had leaked, Motor was faulty and also Capacitor/Condensor was faulty. I questioned him how 3 different things can be faulty at same time as makes no sense as one fault is enough for AC to not be working. However I had no choice but to agree. Paid Rs 5500 /- for New Motor and Gas.Person replaced parts but could see that he had no knowledge of repair of Daikin AC and was asking on phone from someone how to connect wiring.
                                    After that he told me that my other LG AC which was not cooling was otherwise Ok and only needed gas refilling for which he charged nearly 4000 Rs for gas filling.
                                    At night when actually used ACs I found LG AC not cooling again and also Daikin AC occasionally cooling and sound coming as used to happen before repair.
                                    I called customer care and revisit was fixed on 31 May 5:00 PM. However no one came and I got a message that Booking Cancelled as Technician intimated revisit cancelled by Customer. Fact was that neither person called me nor anyone in Urban Clap and I had never cancelled.
                                    Next day I spoke to Customer care Sarfaraz and when he took Technician on line he agreed to have lied and said he would come after 2 days as Sister marriage. Sarfaraz convinced him for next day to which he agreed. However inspite of that no one came next day ( 01 Jun).
                                    After again calling customer care a day later on 03 Jun a lady from Customer care took him on line and fixed up time for 9:00 AM on 04 Jun. Again he did not come at 9:00 AM but came later at 1:00 PM. Unluckily light was not there and I told him I would call when light came. From 3 pm onwards I made many calls on 04 Jun but he did not pick up phone.
                                    Though I paid Rs 10, 635 /- and more than one week had passed but my ACs has not been repaired forcing me to run after Urban Clap.
                                    Thereafter for many days I kept putting request in App and sending mail to Customer care but no one bothered to contact.

                                    I finally had to get both ACs repaired from outside last week.

                                    Surprisingly in Daikin AC the motor was found not defective and same motor which was removed by Urban Company person has been put back. Motor provided by Urban Company person is lying unused with me. Also it was found that Fan connection had been done wrong by him and fan rotating in opposite direction. AC is running fine now.

                                    Regarding LG AC the actual fault was condenser faulty and same changed. AC running fine now.

                                    It also shows that unnecessary cost for spares was charged to me. Besides wrong charging no one was bothered to resolve my problems or refund the money.
