I had put in a complaint regarding refrigerator cooling not happening on 25th may'2020, the engineer came and corrected the issue and charged rs. 2200, after a month and a half again the issue occurred on 15th july'20, the call center executive informed they will be sending the the engineer within 24 hours, the next day he arrived, and informed that the issue need to be re-done and other parts are required to correct the issue. I informed, how would i know what the concern is, i had booked by complaint a month back in good faith that the concern would be corrected, but again the concern has risen with no support from the urban company. I have been calling since yesterday afternoon to the call center, but they are not responding at all. The engineer is also following up, but there is no support. My refrigerator is not working since 3 days, all the refrigeration products are now damaged and thrown. I wasted also more than 2000 rs of caking making products.in the current covi situtation no flat members supports on products being transferred to their fridge. We are in complete dissaray with no support from urban clap company. Please support at the earliest
