Without wasting anytime, I will directly like to inform the comapny, your staff has shown totally irresponsible behaviour, he didn't do his job on time, and then he damaged my property, I am tired of explaining my situation to each of your staff member, they want me to settle my loss on a compromising basis but I don't feel I am getting a right claim for my loss, approximate damage to my property is about 3000INR, I as rational and understanding citizen is willing to settle the loss for 2000INR but this is also too much I think for a reputed company, the staff is not ready to understand that I have not only suffered a monetary loss, I am mentally restless too, even I have to go the market in search of a new appliance and then also pay a technitian for its installation, I hope this time company will consider my situation seriously and will provide me with right amount of my loss.
