Urban Company — home beauty service - facial: worst experience ever!!!

The professional -- I booked a facial (Glovite for Rs 999) with UC on 16-Dec-2018. I had read on the app that they provide highly trained professionals who provide great services at home. The professional who came in started the job on the app as soon as she entered my home. Then she insisted I get a youth facial to get better results which was Rs 400 extra. I asked her how I can change my order and she mentioned it can be done online or i can simply pay her the difference. After 10-15 min of this discussion I finally agreed. The job she did was pathetic. The app mentions the facial time as 70 min and she was done well under 40 min. Did not provide the steam and when I asked she said that will leave bad result. REALLY?? and then she did give the steam and announced job is complete!!! She closed the job after stepping out of my house to give an impression that she spent the required time. In between she kept asking for things like phone charger, 3 pin socket for steamer when ideally she should have carried all that for herself.
The escalation team -- I gave my feedback on 16-Dec itself and talked to escalation case manager on 16th and 17th Dec. Both times I was told this will never happen again and they will ensure that the next professional is really good.
Question--
1. Are we as a customer here to provide the so call highly trained professionals On-the-Job training?
2. Escalation team shared once booked an order cannot be changed. Then why did the professional UC CHOSE give me an incorrect information and force me to go for a change and take the extra money from me which does not and cannot show anywhere on your system?
3. I am told I will get the best professional next time. Why will I take a chance again with UC? And if you really want to prove yourself, why cannot you provide me the services I booked and paid the money for ?
4. Instead of delivering the service UC promised, why the escalation team is denying I cannot get the service again (which will help build my trust btw) and force me to take Rs 400 as an apology?
5. I[censored]C really wants to apologize, either they should refund the entire amount I paid OR get me the services with the best professional (as they call them) as a replacement to the bitter experience I had??
