I had booked a platinum full home cleaning service for Rs 9500 for a 4 bed room apartment in Mumbai through online mobile App on 23 October 2021.

The technician has visited the house in team of 5 with 2 of them being minor school going boys who had no prior experience of home cleaning. I found many places they did not touch even and left unclean. I had to keep roaming around them to keep requesting them to clean things here and there.

They said that they have been doing cleaning job for last many days and therefore did not had energy so if services are not good, we can come again and clean.

I noticed the same clothes used for both rooms, nowhere using the brushes to clean in required places. No proper safety measure like not wearing a proper mask.

I have raised complaint many times with Urban company but the customer care team keep telling me that either I can get a revisit from same team or can get 20% refund.

It is very disappointing and frustrating as my house is in such a bad condition on Diwali and my multiple request to send new team of capable professional have been flatly turned down. The services where not worth more than Rs.[protected] and UC is asking me to suffer INR 8000 for such shabby job.

My simple request is for UC to send a team to professional to clean my home in manner they promise on their website or refund me atleast 50% of the amount paid.
