Hi, I booked Apartment 3bhk platinum Deep Cleaning despite the surcharges during festival season and 3 people came to my house to clean at 12pm while I booked the appointment for 11am.
My complaint is that my flat is not completely cleaned. All they did was the kitchen, a little bit of the 2 washroom and 2 small balconies. They promised they would come tomorrow and that never came. I called their supervisor with the number I got from one of those people and he promised he would come a week later. Still nobody came.
I reported and submitted my request to urban company app and over the phone to customer care, and they said they are sorry about it and would look into it and get back to me. But again it had been 4 -5 days and no reply, I tried calling them, submitting more requests but no replies and no callbacks.
I am really frustrated now, and tired of going through all of this process. Please advice what I can do about it

We shall now see if the people responsible do come to my flat.

Updated by shivamgupta39 Well, the people never came after repetitive promise from Urban company this time, I received numerous calls from them saying the will come but again nobody came.
Then they call me saying they will initiate a refund, but here's a funny thing they will refund a partial amount. They are giving me a short end of the stick and refunding me the amount equal to that small end.
They are supposed to provide 100% of the service requirement. The partners they have provided 10~20% and they are not refunding me the full amount for all the hassle that I have to go through and bickering I have to do receive my own money for what they promise they would fulfill and provide.
What kind of logic is that? Is that a new business strategy?
Promise to provide 100%, and take 100% - provide 20%, and refund 50%. ???
I would like for UrbanCompany to reachout to me again and sort this out.
