UC is cheating customers by not allowing us to cancel our booking and not refunding.They have given the option to cancel but when you click on it you only get the option to reschedule.Big cheats.

Technician cancelled booking from my mom's mobile on the name of discount. Now same problem is coming in washing machine and he is not replying.

    I booked Urban Company painting service on 3rd October through their consultant Mr Avinash for 23rd October 10am. But to my utter disbelief, I got a call from Urban company today at 1.42pm that painter is not available and asked me to reschedule my booking after Diwali. I booked their service 20 days before and on today while I was eagerly waiting for the painters to start the job. I got a call that no painter is available. My all house is a mess bcs I shifted all belonging here and there so that painter can work easily. Please look into the matter.

        I booked slot for 23/10/21 yesterday. Slots are available. But today they cancel my booking...they waste my time .they did fulfill their promises..I will give 0 star to this company

          An AC repairing service was scheduled on 5 oct 2021 at 1 p.m. Extra payment of Rs 2645/- is paid to vendor ALOK KUMAR via online or also in cash as online payment was not successful, or vendor is requesting to pay in cash as online payment is in pending status, but after sometime money deducts from my account, payment transaction id is[protected], kindly reverse double paid amount .

            They wasted my time by making false commitments. After took full amount they start the service and leave it in middle. Their supervisor saying he will not start service until company will not pay him his wages. They leave my house in a mess from last 2 weeks. No customer support. Material they are using is third class with the name of renowned brand like tractor and Asian.

            They are completely fraud, Took money service not provide used third class material leave house in mess.

              Gentlemen

              Pest control (cockroaches) was done on 12th Aug 2021 and follow up on 26th August 2021.
              We found cockroaches on 29th August we sent an image to the service personnel. He informed that they will die in Domino effect .

              Again we found cockroaches on 19 th September and 11th October 2021 images sent through WhatsApp to service personnel.

              There is no response . I think the chemical used is not much effective

                Hi Team,
                I have requested ac repair service from urban company on 17 july 2021 but right on last 3 days ac gradually lose its cooling yesterday i checked it is now not cooling. I tried to call the service person who visited at service time he is saying he cant do anything. Pl. look into the matter i have paid for whatever they suggested me to chance its only 6 year old AC.

                  I had paid Rs. 1898 for an Urban Company beauty service on the 10th of October through GPay. The amount got debited but the service didn't get booked. So I had to book once again. I received a message stating the amount that initially got debited shall be refunded. But I still haven't received it.

                  Urban Company doesn't have an official customer care number either and so I have no idea how to solve this issue.

                    As we booked the slot of Bathroom Cleaning for today at 12pm. But your service provider didn't connect. On top of that he called once at 2:30pm after that I called him 4 times but didn't get any response. Is this the sort of services are you providing? Now you are not giving me a single reason to trust you.

                      I feel sad to make a complain for the cleaning service in Tin Chung Court, Block E, the cleaner did not recover the rubber bin each time even though I said to your security many times. This will make bad and dirty for the environment. please see attached picture

                          Cheating on painting services

                          I had taken the service from them for my 2bhk flat painting work. Their sales person had come & by observing flat, he had given the Quatation. Due to lack of knowledge we agreed and they started painting. But later, we realise they have charged us for premium material and have delivered low grade material as per quatation they gave us.
                          I have calculated whole difference of material used and money charged is almost Rs.20, 000+/-. Means...

                          I, Bhavesh Pahwa, booked a service for Full Home Cleaning on 1.10.2021 scheduled at 11.30 am on 15.09.2021..My booking was confirmed and I paid advance payment of Rs. 499.00 too.. In the mean time, I sent my maid back as I had to avail the services from UC.. Being a Central Govt. employee, I had to manage and schedule every minute of mine.. At 11.30 am, your representative called and intimated about non availability of service person at selected time slot.. I gave them time to reschedule till 4.00 pm but to no use..
                          Such a reputed service provider should not accept service requests if not capable to fulfill the same..
                          Being so polite, I just want my refund back and compensation for sending my maid back alongwith compensation for harassment.
                          Hope a good sense prevail in you and my matter will be taken up seriously..

                            Rescheduling again and again after confirmation | Ignorant towards customers

                            I have booked a service on October 12th, 2021 for October 14th, 2021 for 11:30 AM. On October 14th, 2021 around 9:30 AM I got a text message from the company that the professional is suffering from fever and they'll assign a new professional. At 10:30 AM, I checked the Urban Company app and find that it shows that my service is rescheduled for the same time.                             I have booked a repair service of my washing machine on 14th September 2021, a technician came to my home and said that all the parts of my whirlpool washing machine needs to be repaired. He took 5000 rupees in advance also. From then till now (14th October 2021) I have called him many time. Initially he used to pick my call and say that "sir it will be repaired and install in two days". After 15 days he said I came to home and it is not possible to give the service right now, then I told him that this not the way you are treating your customer but he making excuses always. After 20 days he did not picked my phone and now I am afraid what to do. Very pathetic service by Urban company. I am completely disappointed with technician behavior.

                            The technician who came to my home is Mohsin Qureshi and his mobile number is [protected]. When I called him repeatedly he once picked the call on 13th October and gave me the number of Kunal Gupta and told me that he will resolve your problem. Then, I called the Kunal Gupta, I was wondering he (Kunal) was saying he is from Jaipur branch and he could not help me. After some conversation he said he know Mohsin Qureshi and he will assist me in installing the machine very soon. But still I have not got any response from him also. He said me that he is managing the Jaipur call center. Mobile number of Kunal Gupta is [protected].

                                Both issues are related to the paint job completed on 27 July 2021 by contractor Anirudh Kasana.

                                Following which I noticed that none of the ceilings had been painted and one of them was peeling off. I went online to bring this to the attention of your team and then for the first time I noticed that a fake review and five star rating had been put up against my name. I never wrote this. I was never happy with this contractor.

                                I wrote to Urban Company about this on email on 22nd September. I have received numerous phone calls from your team but none have helped. None of the callers even coordinate with each other. Each one has a half baked understanding of my issue and it feels like harrassment getting calls from them.

                                So here are my issues:

                                Firstly the misuse of my name which has been used to generate a false review and a five star rating which I did not endorse. This amounts to stealing. It is an action that is beneficial to Urban Company. By putting up that false review you are using my name to advertise the services of a faulty service provider and gain clientele. You need to remove my name asap. You are essentially using my name for advertising purposes without consulting me or gaining my approval or paying me. It is a breach of trust and a violation of my property and privacy.

                                Secondly the paint job was incomplete none of the ceilings was painted and one of them is peeling. You need to refund me for this. You cannot harass my 70 plus parents and tell them that you will send painters to correct this issue. A paint job is very disruptive and I cannot risk their physical and mental well being by having painters disrupt their space again.

                                You need to compensate me for the incomplete paint job, the inconvenience caused to us, the general feeling of harrassment and anxiety that we have undergone, and for misusing my name without my consent and for your benefit, which is a violation of my privacy and property.
