[Resolved]  Urban Company — I am complaining about executive not visiting but the service is already paid

We had booked the service for pest control on 31 July 2021. The service was booked and got confirmation both in app and in WhatsApp. Usually when I book a service the executive assigned call us and confirm again. Nothing had happened as nd also executive assigned happened very late. I was in office. When u was back to check at home no one had visited and I am unable to contact anyone.

I would like to get my refund on this completely
