    My work has been left incomplete as surveyor has given wrong commitment on waterproofing ceiling work. Supervisor and laborer's are saying that work cannot be done, hence I want my refund back for the amount pain 9990.

      I am complaining about tv repair service.

      I have already paid for repairing the telivision. It is having colour display issues. A representative from urban company had visited yesterday and did not repair the television but he confirmed to visit today for doing the pending issues . He hasn't come yet. Please do the needful and send one representative to check....

      No ownership about anything. No respect to customer complain.
      My microwave issue didn't get resolved at all.only have incompetent technician. No customer care calls come nowadays simply send message we can't connect calls.

          Dear Sir/Mam,
          I had complain regarding the repair of my 55" led smart TV on 15 July.

          The complain is attended on 16 July where he told us the expense of Rs. 8500 and it will take the TV at repair center and return it on 18 July

          On 18 July he inform us than more part has been defected and more money will charge

          When we refuse the service and requested to return our TV he return our tv by replacing our original part with duplicate parts.

          There are hundreds of local Professional near us but we have chosen Urban Clab as trust patner but these unprofessional and ethical person again cheated us.

          Hope for fruitful results from UrbanClab management.

              I had blocked my ID due to some medical issue and I had 153 credits in my uc partner a/c. I sought help from Jaipur staff many times, but the staff was change again and again and staff did not respond properly. Tried many times to talk to customer but they also did not resolved my issues.
              I also asked for numbers from your other uc partners of Your staff but they were only trainer number and she couldn't solve my problem.
              I was very upset during these 2 years, There were also medical issues. Due to which I could not go to the office again and again. We also sent screenshots of our credit balance as a proof but I have no solution. There were also many problems related to loans in between, which I faced alone. Even then no customer care came in handy or your staff.
              Plsss help me because I need my money back .
              I want a call back from ur side so I can tell u my problem in better way.

                I have raised a request on Saturday 17th July against the cooling issues. Technician came and done Gas Filling and Servicing on Sunday, against which they charged me Rs3100/- .

                Later on found that they haven't closed and wrapped the out going pipes with tapes going out from Indoor unit. Also, found that water is draining down from indoor unit. Which I have already informed him through phone call. Since that day it's 20th today he is not visited and re-checked issues after multiple time calling and now he is not picking up the calls.

                  On 11/07/2021, I had an appointment for complete hands and legs waxing. Due to the product (Rica Chocolate wax) used and overheated wax, the skin of my hands and legs have got inflammed and there is hyperpigmentation occured. I have consulted a dermatologist and they told me that it can even take a year to completely heal. These marks on my hands are visible and obviously being a girl, this is so unasthetic for me. I need proper assistance for this from your side.

                          My tenant Ms Shreyasi Som has booked the UC for her Refrigerator repair and a guy by name Mr Furdaus came today at 10.30am. According to him Relay n Overload protector needs to be changed and he was charging 700Rs apart from the service charge already paid I.e Rs 345. Now, my question is when the said part is available in the market for just 199, why UC is forcing her to pay 700? She even said that she will get the parts but he refused to use that. Don't you think you are cheating your valued customers??

                            We need refund!!
                            Painting job at our house was scheduled for today at 10 am but it was rescheduled automatically for tomorrow without consulting us. We were not even informed about it! We found out only after we open the app today morning.
                            This is highly unprofessional and adding unnecessary stress to customers to realign their lives to suit the convenience of the company who is getting paid to provide them a service.
                            We had planned the whole day today for this task since we have other commitments tomorrow. Please cancel our appointment tomorrow and refund our amount.
                            We will never use urban company and will ensure our friends and family also look for better alternatives.

                              Dear Sir,
                              My complaint is about the treatment meted out and blatant lies.
                              I had booked a carpenter yesterday morning for the 630 pm slot. After having paid the necessary charges Rs138/- I got a call from the carpenter asking me to send details and photos.A little unusual but I did. He called back after some time that he would not be able to attend to my requirement as he would need a helper and would have to buy some wood etc(Extremely feeble escuse - what else is a carpenter supposed to do- fix nails in walls for paintings??) Incidentally the job involved cutting the frame of a dining table on two sides and fixing a spar of 18"on both sides to extend the table. NO ROCKET SCIENCE!
                              Since I had no option I accepted and asked him to organise the refund. I was told that I would have to do it from the app which I did. I got a message that they tried and could not get through and are closing the query!! Then the carpenter called and said he would come at 630pm . The message was sent that they tried to get in touch thrice .. All I can tell you it was a blatant lie as there were no missed calls .
                              Today I checked the app and the amount of Rs 138/- has been refunded. The point was that a) Obviously you have very spoilt carpenters and they want to do easy jobs that require very basic skills b) the way your back office has a total disregard for client serving and lack basic courtesy.

                                      On 7th december 2020 we booked salon service at home (chennai, Tamil nadu) from my number [protected] . the service provider S.Saraswati has not been a reputable person. first of all she came 9:00 pm which was late but her time to arrive was at 7:30 pm .Secondly before doing the service she insisted us to give her stars and review her.After all this she ruined the service of doing eyebrows and waxing stating she was tired. half the service was only done, the other half service was promised to be done to next day.The issue faced was tremendously not forgettable.we had already paid full amount on the day of booking, Also have raised the complaint through Urban company help contact team Mr. Rajith Singh Rana, from his side he called saraswati - two to three time but that fraud had not taken the call. The amount for service is Rs.722.I want justice and the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
