10 days back I booked a carpenter, request was to fix a clamp in wall, while we started to use it today morning the clamp is moving and not fixed, also wall is damaged little bit. I called customer care as well as sent multiple messages to them but no response so far.

    I booked window ac service . Water dripping strated from front of ac after service. I complained and they refunded 348 rs to fix the leakage.

    I booked for water leakage and their technician charged me 648.

    I want refund of balance 300 rs.

      I tried to book a slot for myself on Salon for Women on 19th August 2021 for 20th August 2021, but UC got stuck on PROCEED when the final booking amount was to be shown. Please help.

        We received a bathroom cleaning service (type- move in) on 18 August.
        The service provided was pathetic. As the service claims - to remove tough stains. Not even a single stain was removed. The window in the bathroom was not cleaned and nor the space adjacent to toilet seat was cleaned.
        To add to this, the professional also broke the washbasin sink of ours.
        This is what we should have expected.

        Please do the needful at the earliest!

          I have been asked to share the inspection report on a link but the link simply opens the uc home page on the application.
          The problem is gas leak and i am uploading the report here.
          I need my refund for condenser as that was useless expenditure and it did not solve the intended purpose after five visits from your technicians. The condensor was replaced on 4 july and the issue reoccurred on 29 july again. So definitely the condenser was not the problem.

            Dear Team, this is to inform you that on 13th August 2021 we had booked AC check service for cooling issue, and technician had checked and changed capacitor 50mfd instead of 40mfd. After changed capacitor there is sparked and compressor got damaged. I want demurrage charges for my loss and return my AC in working and good condition. I complained against this issue on the same day but still the issue not been resolved. Last 3 days I am not getting any positive response from urban company.

              Hi Team, sorry to say but services provided by you is not up to the mark. In last 1 year, 2 times ur executive checked ( last aug’20 by Shaheen Ahmed and in mar’21 by Wasim) the AC cooling and filled gas by saying there is a leakage due to which less or no cooling.. now again I am facing the same problem in 4 mnts time.

              Last 2 times you charged me 3200 and 2500Rs with 3 mints warranty. Every time it got faulty after 3 mnths. Being a customer it’s very difficult for me to pay amount without any service.

              Request you to please help me on that and fix this problem without charge any amount. In case you want to discuss this problem on call, please call me on undersigned number.

                Hi, I have opted for a painting service from urban company. The surveyor came and provided me the quotation of ₹31000 which I agreed and the work started on 7th August, on the same day i paid almost ₹31000 which they take it in advance. The paiter did crack filling and started the painting work. I didn't get the finish expected and all the crack filling patches were visible after the second coat. I have raised a complaint to urban company, they sent the additional paint only once which wasn't enough to cover the patches. There is no way I can call to urban company so I have raised multiple complaints but no answer since last 4 days. Today when I have received a call from urban company they are saying the repainting will have some patches visible, which I don't agree as nowhere in the world the person who is opting for a painting service would want to see the patches on the walls. Also this was never informed to me by the urban company surveyor also wasn't informed to me by urban company case representative earlier. This is a clear cas of fraud with me. Request you to please expedite the solution.

                  I have booked for car spa on last Thursday for availing service on Friday at 12pm. Due to unavailability of person I rescheduled the service to Saturday 10 am. On Saturday again I was told that the person is not available. Then I asked your representative when the technician will be available. I was assured that the person will be available on Monday ie today at 9am. Your representative rescheduled the visit accordingly. Today morning I get a call from your representative saying the person is not available now and will be available only at 2pm. God knows whether the person will really be available.
                  I have requested for a call from car dept senior representative to solve the matter.
                  Second incident about chimney cleaning. The person was expected to come at 10am on last friday. As nobody appeared till 0945 hours. I gave a call and the technician conveyed that he will be available only at 1030 hours which was not convenient to me. Therefore I asked him him for alternate time which he confirmed for 1500 hours same day. After some time I got a message saying that technician has canceled the visit and urban company has initiated the process of making refunds. How urban company can take a call of refund without consulting me if the visit was cancelled by technician. When I called your representative says these are our rules and we cannot do anything about it. If you want send a mail which I am doing now.
                  When I asked about service to be provided iwas directed to rebook the service and again pay. The refund takes 7 working days as per your company rules. But you people payment beforehand while providing the service. I was confirmed the visit of technician at 1500 hours on friday which I am supposed 3pay for the second time. Nobody appeared.
                  Last but not the least, I also took service of bathroom cleaning on same last Friday. The person was supposed to come at 0900 hours nobody owes till 0945 hours or calls. When I called I was told that he will be reaching in another 15 minutes and HE CAME. He came with another person looks like he was kid may be less than 18 year old. I was not conveyed about two persons will be visiting my place. Didn't had his name or vaccination details.

                  Regarding his quality of service I had to show him twice the portions he has not cleaned. Believe me the size of y bathroom is 9x4 feet.

                  I am taking pains to write in su h details to see that company will take some learning from this.

                  Now about your representative calling the are not able to understand the problem or rather understand but unable to solve. It includes heir seniors. What they do is only to offer apology. May be they are trained accordingly.

                  Few suggestions

                  1. I can understand that people may get delayed in current scenario but what least is expected from them is call in advance about the delay if it is unavoidable.

                  2. If the technician is canceling the visit for no fault of client, instead of directly refunding the money you should look for alternate person. If the alternate person is not available offer the free service deducting the monet from relevant person instead of punishing client by refund after 7 working days.

                  3. Whatever action taken internally shall be conveyed to client with documentary evidence. This will help clientin providing good suggestions for improving the system.

                  Hope the relevant authority will go through the suggestions and take appropriate actions.

                  Awaiting the positive feedback.

                  BTW I am still awaiting call from someone senior from car cleaning department.

                    Booked a full home cleaning service (essential package) for Rs 4048 for a 2 bed room apartment in Hyderabad online on their website: https://www.urbancompany.com/hyderabad. Of the slots offered on the website, I chose Sunday 15th August 3 PM slot for the service. My debit card was blocked for the full amount of Rs 4048 at the time of booking. The card was charged Rs 499 as a nonrefundable booking fee and the remainder was to be deducted after the service. No one turned up at the appointment time. On contacting Urban Company we were offered an apology and rebooking for another day and time. I have asked for compensation for failure to provide the service as per the contractual arrangement. I have wasted my day cancelling other commitments due to this appointment and have asked for compensation of the Rs 499 by deducting from the final amount if I rebook for another day. I was told there is no mechanism for this and that the only options are to cancel the booking and get a refund of the booking amount or rebook for another date!

                    In addition to offering slots that they can't keep, the price shown on their website for the service is misleading the customers. The price shown is Rs 3999 but another Rs 49 is added when completing the booking, Apparently this for providing protective equipment to their personnel. This is deceptive practice of showing a lower price to attract a customer who spends time filling the forms on the website to make the booking only to realize that the final amount is higher than advertised.

                        Today new technician visited to check the damaged tv and found that the tv was mishandled by the previous technician which has resulted in various problems within the tv one of which is the display parts.

However due to the pandemic you were not operating the services and it was not even safe for us to take any services. I thought it was now safe to have someone over for the service and just realised that my credit was showing expired in Jan2020

                            We engaged Urban Company on August 12th, for kitchen cleaning services, including cleaning the refrigerator and microwave oven. We are very disappointed with the outcome of the cleaning of the microwave oven. Wherein the service person - Taj Uddin, has left permanent scratch marks on the top of the microwave as a result of his incompetence in cleaning.

                            To provide further details on what happened, when your service person started cleaning on the top of the microwave by using a scrubber and making hard and strong strokes, my wife noticed this and asked him if this is the correct way to clean the surface. At that point he slowed down, but the damage was already done. We do not know whether the appropriate cleaning liquid was used, or if heavy corrosive liquid such as an acid was used, but it has resulted in permanent damage to the top of our microwave (images enclosed below).

                            We are very distraught by the damage done to our microwave, and we want this to be properly addressed and we expect to be suitably compensated for damages incurred due to the negligence of your service person, by being compensated for the full cost of a replacement microwave of same brand and model number.

                            Lastly, this person Taj Uddin who was the only person engaged for this cleaning task, brought along another person to 'help' him complete his task in a quicker manner. While we did not mind the second person being there, we did not expect another person for this job and were caught a bit surprised with two persons for this job. Looking at the damage done, it makes us think if your service person was in a hurry to complete his job, and hence brought in another person unannounced.

                                I took essential car cleaning service from urbam company on 12th aug 2021. These service partner used rubber buff to wax the car after wash which caused multiple circular scrateches at various places.

                                  Ysterday i booked for 2 bath rooms intense cleaning. i asked for 12th august 2021 at 11 am. one mr. muthusamy came and he saw the bathrooms and simply refuse to clean and he asked me to reschedule . this year 4th march 2021 one person came from your companyand cleaned my bathrooms. he came from kovilambakkam . he didn't atar one word. he clened the bathrooms and we were satisfied.

                                  but this muthusamy not even tried and he simply taken photos and asked me to reschedule. its horrible.

                                    A customer care person called me for enquiry .
                                    i explained him about the person denied the booking.

                                        The technician has damaged my tv and when i asked him to reapir it.
                                        He did fraud with me by just putting black tape over the damage part as the panel was black in colour so as to just hide it.
                                        The technician didnot repaired it.
                                        I want the tv to be fixed
