On 7th december 2020 we booked salon service at home (chennai, Tamil nadu) from my number [protected] . the service provider S.Saraswati has not been a reputable person. first of all she came 9:00 pm which was late but her time to arrive was at 7:30 pm .Secondly before doing the service she insisted us to give her stars and review her.After all this she ruined the service of doing eyebrows and waxing stating she was tired. half the service was only done, the other half service was promised to be done to next day.The issue faced was tremendously not forgettable.we had already paid full amount on the day of booking, Also have raised the complaint through Urban company help contact team Mr. Rajith Singh Rana, from his side he called saraswati - two to three time but that fraud had not taken the call. The amount for service is Rs.722.I want justice and the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

    Yesterday, Mr Suraj Vishwakarma had visited my place for repairing of sliding door. He did his work and showed to me that the door is repaired well and moving smoothly.

    But after he left, and we tried to move the door, it again showed similar problem. After an hour, we tried again to move the sliding, it got jammed totally to how it was before.

    I request you to send your professional to relook into the problem. I have made the payment but the work outcome is not satisfactory.

      I had paid Rs 298/- through Indian Bank Debit card to Urban Co. Kolkata yesterday 09-July for my haircut. Appointment confirmed by Urban Company was at 11:30AM today 10-July. Today I find in the portal o[censored]C that "Appointment cancelled by customer".
      I NEVER CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT.

        I booked AC repair service from Urban Company on 18th April 2021. A total of Rs 3, 147 was paid for the service and repair (including gas filling) of AC. The company provides 90 days warranty for the repair. I started to face functional issues in AC by end June 2021. I tried to contact the old person (Sokeen) who made the service but unable to contact him. Hence, I had to raise a new service cum repair request on Urban company app. New person call (Mohd Varis) from Urban company was assigned for work on 10th July. Before the start of the work I told him that last repair is still under warranty. He asked me to speak to the customer care team and started the work. As I requested for a call back in the Urban company app, they called me within 15 min. I explained him the case and informed me to make the payment for the fresh work done and the amount will be refunded within 24 hours. He also raised a complain in the system to resolve the matter. The complain id is "UC05de85aa7". He told that his team will call back within 24 hours and make the refund. A lady by the name Karona, called me from Urban Company and simply refused to adjust the payment. She stated the reason that since I had raised new request, she can not adjust the payment. When I asked her to transfer the call to her supervisor she simply denied and told we can't help you further. This is purely unprofessional way of working and as a customer I feel cheated. I would like to raise a formal complaint against urban company and its representative (Karona) for cheating its customer in the name of 90 days warranty. They should refund Rs 2848/- paid for the service and repair which is still under warranty.

          First of all I hope this time atleast you people will resolve my issue. As i have registered serval complaints already on your portal.
          I hv booked a bubble gum pedicure, bubble gum menicure and a head massage on your App. The bill amount was 1398rs.
          The beautician you have sent was a total embarrassment for your company, she was not at all knowing the products to use.. she has used the same one kit for both meni n pedicure.....

          I booked ac gas lekege repairing on 27 march 2021 service it's cover urban warrenty til 24 june 2021. Technician Mr shadab Khan came on 27 march and said to me your ac pipe nut crake and reapir and fill the gas and gone he charged to me rs 2500 but problem of ac gas leakge came again in my split AC on 26 aprail 2021 Mr shadab Khan came again said to me lekege in your indoor unit an pipe he uninstallation my indoor unit and pipe and destroyed my AC pipe sleevge . But he didn't trace lekege in indoor and outdoor unit again he checked my outdoor unit and said your outdoor valve is bad and replace the valve . And filled the gas and gone. He charged 1000rs for pipe sleevge and ac indoor unit instaltions
          Again same gas lekege problem came 2 June 2021 now this time onother technician Mr Islam beg came hold my ac unit for 6 days. But he didn't found any lekege . He filled the gas on 8 June 2021and gone. the same gas lekege problem came again on 13 June 2021 he hold my AC machine and cut outdoor coil condesoner took with him for 15 days after so many phone call he came and said to me did not found any lekege. Please call carrier service centers .he destroyed my AC outdoor fins . The urban company technician he uneducated and unprofessional. The are cheater.
          Please I want my full refund RS 3500 and outdoor damaged compensation.

              Highly unprofessional.
              Water proofing and painting work incomplete was requested from Urban Clap.
              However, they have left the work half way through. Since February 2021 trying to contact them to complete the work with no response.
              The Customer service and escalation team is rude and unresponsive.

                A guy came for ac relocation and placement, but he billed for only relocation and kept rest in his pocket he also damaged my copper pipe willingly so that he can place his pipe and charge more also I checked my thin pipe has a sharp bend and its leaking, even pipes are not insulated well he insulated them with salotape.

                Also he was shouting on my dad and it was lime threatening

                      We had appointed a uc carpenter for fixing dispensers. The uc carpenter damaged the internal washroom pipe while doing so and ran away. When contacted uc they did not take any responsibility of the same.
                      The management and staff could not use washroom as there was no water due to the damage. Moreover the entire cost of repair was borne by us on the damage done by uc technician. Pfa the audio clip.

                        Called people from urban clap for AC installation.But whatever services they have promised were not fulfilled. The technicians were not trained for the job we asked for.
                        It was not a good experience at all and I will definitely not recommend your services to others. What I wanted was professional work which was lacking for the price I will have to pay after the completion.

                          Hi,
                          I am forced to write this as couldn't get my issues resolved. I initially booked for AC service in March wherein person from UC came and advised that the AC gas need to be filled as it's having low gas. As advised I agreed and technician filled the gas. Again I face problem in AC (trip of compressor frequently), accordingly Again I booked UC for said issue. The technician visited and advised that the AC had excess Gass in it and it needs to be released to sort the issue being faced. I told him about the previous activity, to which he said the only solution is to release a small amount of Gass. Again I trusted UC technician and he performed the activity.
                          Now Again I face similar problem where in I called UC technician, who visited our site and said that still requires release of Gass, due excess Gass in compressor. This time he advised to get the whole Gass emptied and refill to be done. I was asked tp pay huge amount.
                          I denied and wanted to state that this was not my fault and fault of the technician, either the first one or the second one, since due to their fault I am facing regular problems.
                          But to my surprise UC representative didn't listen to me and asked me to pay or else no work will be done.
                          I need solution to this!

                              Urban company used to be a reliable source for getting people for various jobs...now ...they have very arrogant technicians... i doubt if they even meet up with the people onboard (technicians)...even after repeated emails to urban company the matters don't get sorted. This proves that Urban Company is incapable of reprimanding its technicians for things not done with proper protocol.

                              Is giving a bill for a A/C PCB such a big deal??? that its taking up all the time on earth?????

                              PFA mail sent to Urban Company on 28th June to which no firm action has been taken yet... my husband had sent 3 mails till now and we are still awaiting closure from the technician as well as Urban Company.

                              This is with regards to AC repair booked on 22nd May, the technician came and did initial work on 23rd May 2021. Technician's name is Suraj Swami ([protected]). The service was booked from Vaidehi Kulkarni and her number is [protected].
                              He mentioned that PCB has been damaged in Daikin AC and had taken the parts to investigate further. He mentioned that work will finish in 4 - 5 days. However there was no communication from his side. I had to call him again and again to know the status. On 9th June 2021 he called and mentioned that the PCB is faulty and needs to be replaced. He said that the part will cost INR 6500 and that I have to transfer the money now so that he can order. I transferred the money on the same day itself (pic for the transfer attached) and reminded him that I will need the bill and part replaced on the day he will come to finish his work. Same was confirmed by him.
                              On 21st June he called to confirm that he is coming the next day to finish the work, at that time also I reminded him about the bill to which he confirmed that he will get it tomorrow. On 22nd June, when he arrived to complete the task, he was talking with someone over the phone that he had been to the village and returned yesterday only. So it is not acceptable that we have been waiting for almost a month for our AC to get fixed and he did not have courtesy to call and inform.
                              After completing the repair work, he asked if servicing needed to be done. I confirmed to get the AC servicing done. After completing the servicing, I asked him how much extra to be paid. He confirmed INR 1500 (INR 1200 for AC Servicing and INR 300 for previous pending amount.) That time he mentioned that he did not carry the bill as he was carrying too much stuff. Please explain how much a piece of paper weighs? Also he mentioned that I have received the rough bill but i haven't made it a final bill yet. So if you are ordering any part directly from the company I don't think you will receive a rough bill?
                              Later we gave a bad review or feedback for the service and we received a call from the customer care agent. He took the technician on a conference call, where he agreed to come the next day and give me the bill. Till date I haven't received the bill.
                              I need justification for INR 6500 and INR 1500 that I paid him directly. I believe he has not added the servicing details in the app as well.

                                  I booked for a washing machine repair. around 21st June 2021. (I am 70 years old and the date may not be exact) A technician came for inspection. Paid him Rs.350.00. He told us that the PC board required repairs. He took it with him, returned 2 days later and fitted the same. Paid total amount of Rs.1500.00 including the inspection charges. But when we used it we found that the water level is coming up to the required height. We called up the technician who promised to come back and take a look the next day. We have now made 3 more calls and every time he says he will come the next day but does not come. Urban company does not have any direct customer care number. Even their help centre does not work. I request them to send back the technician or arrange for another technician to look into the matter

                                    We have to vacate the flat on 29th June so we booked one service for dismantling one Hydraulic Bed on 29.06.2021 from my Mib. No.[protected]. Despite receiving the confirmation msg neither any Person visited the site nor this booking was assigned to next available Carpainter, as a result we could not vacate the flat on due date and have to pay one month extra rent ₹18, 000/- to the Land Lord. Why this amount shold not be recovered from the (defaulter) Urban Company.
