Hi,
I am forced to write this as couldn't get my issues resolved. I initially booked for AC service in March wherein person from UC came and advised that the AC gas need to be filled as it's having low gas. As advised I agreed and technician filled the gas. Again I face problem in AC (trip of compressor frequently), accordingly Again I booked UC for said issue. The technician visited and advised that the AC had excess Gass in it and it needs to be released to sort the issue being faced. I told him about the previous activity, to which he said the only solution is to release a small amount of Gass. Again I trusted UC technician and he performed the activity.
Now Again I face similar problem where in I called UC technician, who visited our site and said that still requires release of Gass, due excess Gass in compressor. This time he advised to get the whole Gass emptied and refill to be done. I was asked tp pay huge amount.
I denied and wanted to state that this was not my fault and fault of the technician, either the first one or the second one, since due to their fault I am facing regular problems.
But to my surprise UC representative didn't listen to me and asked me to pay or else no work will be done.
I need solution to this!
