Company Name: Urban Company Date of Incident: 10 April 2026 Client Mobile No.: [protected]\ Booking: made through the above phone for different services of bathroom accessories Place: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India Incident: Your representative visited my flat to attend my booking to repair Bathroom accessories. Since he entered at about 8:30 am, started saying I can not do this and get it done by someone else - Not shown any interest to resolve and work and kept on saying my time is being wasted. Then, he advised me to get the shower head for its replacement and I bought and brought it accordingly. Then he asked me to provide OTP and then I refused to give him the OTP as I am not satisfied as the work not finished at all. He stared using highly abusive language without giving the respect to even the age. After that I paid him the amount in cash and but not provided the OTP. He left abusing in spite of me being silent and also took away the shower head, I bought (practically theft). So, my work not done, abused and stolen my shower head without fixing. I expect 1. him to be penalized for abusing and for not having the required skill and patience. 2. Refund my Shower Head 3.
