Had used the laptop repair service provided by urbanclap. I had myself formatted my laptop and was looking for a technician who can help me install the drivers for my formatted laptop, so i opted for urbanclap. They assigned the job to a particular company and the onsite engineered arrived, he did hit n trail for 3 days then took my laptop to the service center and they somehow arrived at the conclusion that my hard disk was corrupt. Nevertheless it got repaired and i was not happy with the service so i obviously rated them with 2 stars and what happened after this was beyond my imagination. Urbanclap shared my rating (With customer info) with the provider (The repair company) and now they are calling me 10 times a day to change my review. This is so not professional i mean i am mentally harassed by them. How can urbanclap share customers information with the provider. Was using urbanclap for all my needs but after this incident will not use or would recommend it to anyone.
