I asked urban company customer support team, if i can book 5 laser session and take every session in different city and the said yes. So i booked 5 session for laser hair reduction when i was in kolkata and took one session there . Now i am in bangalore and trying to redeem 2nd session, but it is saying book in same city as original order. Its been 2 days, they have not resolved the issue.
