Urban Company — no professional provided

I booked kitchen cleaning services via Urbanclap. They booked my service for Wednesday - 23/10/2019 4:00pm. The professional assigned did not show up, tried to call him on the assigned number. But his cell was switched off.
I called up the customer service, neither were they able to trace him & instead suggested me to postpone the service to next week. Because they do not have professionals in hand due to high demand.
I wanted the cleaning to be done before Diwali & these guys are postponing my booking post Diwali. They did not even show the courtesy to inform that the professional would not be attending my booking. I called up at 4:30 pm & to my shock I came to know that he is not coming.
We had already shifted the items from kitchen for the person to easily carry out his work.
I would not ever advise this service to anyone neither would I opt for any from them in the future...pathetic service.
Urbanclap- stop losing customers for such petty issues & instead come up with alternatives.
