A very Good day to you !
Im a loyal customer o[censored]rban company and have been using it from its startup days as urban clap...I had used its cleaning and repair services and had always been extremely satisfied..so on that note i had also tried your painting services which according to me is the worst blunder i have committed..I has seen it all from late start of work, dozing and snoring and lazing of the painters in my hallway, wall damage, wrong material usage, painting of walls which was not included, drunk workers, awaiting of workers to turn up at my door on some days but no one actually turn up...irresponsible and indifferent furban clap management people who tell me to use media or police to solve my issues..all this after getting full payment...
After constant complaints a worker was replaced but how...? a friend of his has been given the same work. and he also came home drunk today and w talking to the first person who ws drunk right under my nose .. feel very threatened as the 2nd painter has come alone only and when i ask for the rest of his crew he seems to blabber ...i feel something really wrong...I fell threatened as we are only 2 women in the house ..
All i ask for is refund of money..Im really done with your service sir..As per the contract work is supposed to get over within 5 working days but its more than 12 days still not even a single room in a 2 bhk apartment is completed...34000/- rs is no big amt for UC..Kindly refund my money and allow some peace in my life
