I have raised the issue with the company two months back related to painting a small table for which I have paid 9500. The work was not done properly from day one and the same was communicated to the company.
Further one month back, the painter from the company visited me and confirmed that the work done is worst. He was surprised that Urban company has provided such a service.
After that, I have got a call from the company that they will send material and painter to my flat. I was patiently waiting for 1 week.
Then all of sudden, the company changed their mind and started asking for 40% more money. When asked why they were not having any answers.
The issue kept on going, then another day I got a call and this time company is asking me 30%, again when asked why my call was disconnected and the issue is closed.
I am seeking help. Either refund my complete amount of 9500 or fix the isue.
