I booked painting services on 7 July 21, Mr Rishabh Gautam visited for measurements of area specification, gave a quotation of Rs17920/ for an area of 1231 Sqft, We on this quotation paid an advance Rs 6272/ to book service for 28 July 21, when the paint stock arrived, we raised a ticket that the stock is not as per required area, where Mr Gautum assured that if required, more stock would be called, due to rains the work did not start as the major area was exterior, finally we gave a go ahead for the said job, when Mr vinod Gupta who had to do the job came for visit, one day prior to the job & declared that the said job won’t be completed by the given material, then we had a word with Ms Amrita, who in turn gave a statement that we need to pay extra for the said job, how unprofessional o[censored]rban clap that after booking for a service & taking advance the company is denying to work on the same . This is termed as breach of contract & trust .
Since then Ms Amrita is not taking any calls, Mr Rishabh Gautum is trying to pursue to pay more fir the same job .
