Today 9th aug 2021 at 12pmUrban company sent a barber by the name of Aslam
Aslam refused to show ID at door
Aslam came within 6 inches of customer and touched the cutomer's phone
Aslam spoke disrespectfully and threateningly to the lady of the house when told to keep safe Covid protocol specified distance.
He threatened the lady again by saying he would leave. This would have circumvented the entire procedure o[censored]rban for ratings and description of why the rating was low.
In particular the disrespect by these males to ladies needs some serious gender attitude and protocol training.
The worst is grievance redressal phones[protected] and[protected] are not answered Our email : [protected]@hotmail.com

    I booked an appointment for sofa cleaning service from urbancompany. Appointment got booked and chhote lal kumar yadav was assigned. But instead of chhote lal kumar yadav deepak came..He cleaned the sofa but we didn’t like the service the moment he was working. I told him that the sofa is not looking clean he started arguing.

    He plugged his machine in our switch board and damaged it.not sure how.

    Started arguing on cushion service that cushion are not free with 7 seater sofa i told him that will pay you cash 200 rps and he cleaned the cushions as well.

    Left everything as it is on the floor. Surf was everywhere on the floor.
    I fell down while cleaning that floor and injured my left knee and and hand.

    Called the customer service to check if cushions are included or not they said cushion service is free and credited 200 rps as a goodwill to my UC credit. I called them today as well as my sofa is not looking clean at all and the switch board is damaged. UC advisor (Urban company advisor ) did a conference with deepan and both of them started arguing do what ever you want to do we can’t do anything. Then the UC advisor said that the cushion service is not included in 7 seater sofa.i told him if its not included you should have informed me at the very first place when i called you instead of giving me 200 UC credit. He said i am the only one whom you spoke yesterday and i gave you the credit.I asked him what is the resolution for the switch board and the uncleaned sofa

    He said we cannot do anything..

    This is not how it suppose to be. All threads are coming out of the sofa after he cleaned . This is not how the service should be. I have paid for the service which we didn’t get. I have never expected that UC has this kind of customer service. I informed them that i will be raising a formal complain against them they said do whatever you want to..

    Need you to look into this as soon as possible.

        I have requested Urban clap to check my smart TV as the issue was my TV was automatically getting off and then on after few seconds. after 15 minute's the problem goes and u can continue watch the TV without any issues.
        25July the technician came & suggested to replace the backlight which will cost of 6000/- for this problem. He assured me the problem is due to back light got faulty.
        After replacing the backlight when he start the TV the problem was still there and it was not resolved.
        Then he said might be problem is with the invertor board and he again open the TV set & replace a small part after that he said it will be fine now.
        After finishing his job we checked and TV was working for 5 minutes later he left as we need to go out due to Sunday.
        Next day i.e. Monday when we start the TC we observed the same problem still exist and i immediately call to Urban clap .
        From that day to till today i am being harassed to pay Rs 6000/- by Urban Clap and when i refused to pay they said then technician will remove the backlight he has replaced.
        My question is will urban clap give me the assurance that my TV will be on same position when i called the technician.

        On which they have no answers.
        Pl suggest should i file a police complaint against this harassment.
        This is purely cheating.
        Means if you switch board is not working UC will ask you to change the entire wiring of your house and then if the problem is still not resolved they will ask you to pay of the internal wiring
        .

          Called for AC service in March. One of the Acs stopped cooling the same day. Called another person from UC. He informed ACs have not been serviced and there was a gas leakage. I made complaints but UC asked about proof that ACs have not been serviced. Since we were in a hurry and due to lockdown issues we made another payment for getting the servicing done again. Ac stopped cooling soon after the warranty period was over. Same guy came charged gas again took money and went away. Few days after that water started dripping. Two people came yesterday and informed us that since ACs have not been serviced the problem has arisen.
          Each time a new guy comes and informs me that the AC has not been done properly whereas I was charged thrice for servicing.
          This is sheer cheating. I cannot sit quietly even it was 5-7 thousand rupees.
          Am going to file a case against them.

          They are just here to steal the money. I have also complaint about painting issue which was not completed and now extra money is being asked. Let me know what platform we can use to file case.

            Booked for painting services at Urban company through mobile application.
            Advisor executive given quotation and I have accepted that quotation and paid amount to start painting. On 6thAug2021, workers visited to location and left from by saying meterial is not sufficient to paint complete home. Here twist is meterial supplied by Urban company. Raised complaints in Urben company app and no one is responding to my complaints. Please share escalation matrix to contact on my issue.

              I have raised the issue with the company two months back related to painting a small table for which I have paid 9500. The work was not done properly from day one and the same was communicated to the company.

              Further one month back, the painter from the company visited me and confirmed that the work done is worst. He was surprised that Urban company has provided such a service.

              After that, I have got a call from the company that they will send material and painter to my flat. I was patiently waiting for 1 week.

              Then all of sudden, the company changed their mind and started asking for 40% more money. When asked why they were not having any answers.

              The issue kept on going, then another day I got a call and this time company is asking me 30%, again when asked why my call was disconnected and the issue is closed.

              I am seeking help. Either refund my complete amount of 9500 or fix the isue.

                  Greetings, in march I come to know one person name Sunil jamjade.who is working in urban clap hair spa.Pune.when I asked about keratine service he told me don't book via urban clap I personally visit and do the job.when he come I got to know that he was totally unprofessional and having 0 knowledge about hair service and he damaged all hair.I made mistake that I paid him.then after following him I keep requesting him to fix the hair or refund d money.he is just promising and doing nothing.I got to know that also while doing service he always drink alcohol .I request u to take action against him and fire him.

                    I booked for my ac service on 14 May for servicing and repair.

                    Exactly after a month my ac stopped cooling on 15-16 and then i booked a visit for 19june. When asked the sevice agent told me that there was leakage and he has fixed it.

                    On 1-2 july my ac again had issues with cooling and i again scheduled a visit. The agent came on 4 july and after an entire day of trial and testing he advised that the cooling condenser needs to be replaced as there was leakage in it. I confirmed with him whether this would fix the issue or not and he confidently assured me that it will. I paid 5500 for the same.

                    On 30 July, again my ac stopped cooling amd i called him explaining thatit had just been few days and the same issue is occuring.
                    He visited on 31 july and told me there is leakage and your warranTy period is over and there will be charges to refill the gas.

                    Now any sensible and logical mind would understand that he has never been able to detect the root cause of the issue or even he had then the consequent visits went vain.
                    Now i urgently require urban company to take this matter with immediate attention and resolve this issue and i have spent money for a new replacement and within the same month the ac started malfunctioning, then please answer me how did it solve my problem.
                    I need an answer and a solution for the hassles of scheduling visits and again facing the same issue.

                            Hello,

                                There was an issue in the washing machine as water inlet was not smooth. So I booked a service with UC and professional Ashok Singh Rawat visited on 21st June 2021. he checked and diagnosed that water inlet valve needs a replacement. He then replace it and machine was running ok. The total bill amount was INR 1, 197.

                                Now since 02nd Aug 2021 again the same issue arises, so I booked the service. Noted that there is warranty of replaced part till 19th September 2021. A professional Dheeraj Tuli was assigned for the job for 04th Aug 2021 at 09:00 am. On 03rd Aug 2021 Dheeraj Tuli called me and stated that he is not able to see the booking timings at hi send and asked me to re-schedule the booking. As a customer I do not know what process do UC follows, so I re-schedule the timings to 04th Aug 2021 09:30 am. However this time Dheeraj Tuli didn't accept it. This make me suspicious. I also received several calls from US customer care that why I have re-schedule and I made them know the whole story. They told me that they are unable to find a professional for my booking and there can be a delay.
                                So finally the professional didn't visited and I have again now scheduled the booking for 05th Aug 2021 at 10:00 am. This time professional name is Abdul Karim.

                                This experience was so annoying and unacceptable from customer perspective.

                                  I had booked an electrician on 15th July 2021 and paid an amount of Rs. 348 (inclusive of safety and support fee) at around 6:00 pm. I had cancelled the booking on confirmation from the electrician that he couldn't repair my APC 800 VA home UPS.

                                  I called customer care and they had arranged another service booking on behalf of me. That too was to be cancelled on 16th July because of the inability of the electrician to repair the above mentioned appliance. When I reached out for customer service, they informed me that they will revert with the details and if received the amount will be refunded.

                                  I later found that the amount I paid on 15th July, 2021 was not refunded. I called customer care again and was informed that the amount will be credited to my account within 5-7 days. The said amount is not refunded till date. Please find the bank statement attached for your reference.

                                  The Urban Company is now not responding to my emails and cannot be reached over phone.

                                  Please take necessary action and revert at the earliest.

                                        I can’t believe to have such a pathetic experience from Urbancompany
                                        I booked an AC service a month ago, as it was not cooling, at that time technician took around Rs7000. After 1 month same issue occurred no cooling, he came for a revisit on 29th July, repaired And again charged me with Rs7000 in name of other part, he completed his job work on 31st July and on the same night, again we get caught with the same issue, no cooling.
                                        I’m trying to get a helpline number of yours, which I’m unable to get. Please reach out to me, its levelling up my frustration level. Technician that came was damn slow & he is not able to satisfy and resolve the issue. Please arrange a revisit from a trained senior person and close it asap.

                                        Urban company is big money sucker, what kind of pathetic services you offer. Im unable to recall a relax day of mine since I got my AC serviced from you.
                                        Every time you visit, you fix that issue temporary and make one more issue. I’m regretting my decision to call URBAN in COVID times, as your technician have visited my place multiple times and no issue resolved yet.
                                        One of your technician took my AC to his workshop for repair & since then my AC is behaving abnormally, you have made my AC an expirement (in order to make testings). From past 1 week, again my AC is not working. Please let me know, how you gonna resolve this issue or there can be a good solution, I’ll take an Annual Membership with you - and you keep doing your hit and trial on my AC, because as per you I’ve ample of time to spend on you and have ample money to spend on name of “Repairing”.

                                        It’s reaching heights, please let me know, how you are going to resolve it or else I need to file a complaint with Consumer Court.

                                        Can you stand on your words, today new technician is assigned for a visit at 11AM and guess what he is not here. I called him at 11.15AM and then he told me he’ll take another 45 minutes to come at my place.
                                        So, is it CUSTOMER’s duty to chase Urbancompany to get a solution as we have spent a big money on name of AC service.
                                        Please make me understand, what are your values in terms of CUSTOMER satisfaction. Why are you giving me an option to choose my time slot, when I’m not getting service at that time.
                                        Do you really give a ### in satisfying your CUSTOMERs or just sending the automated responses.
