It’s been so long I’m trying to get in touch with the company
..
I have account registered by the name Sushil kohli and contact details

We registered a service in March .. for refrigerator ..which got completed in may due to lack of items .. then I saved many issues with the job ..I contacted professional so many times since then ..he came one time two and say that leakage will remain..I paid the amount asked which was not uploaded on account for so long when I tried to contact the company ..it always show payment pending ..so how can I contact the company
I’m facing problem since then
I paid a huge amount of 7000 asked by the professional ..
.. now again from past so many days ..refrigerator stoped working
I’m again trying to contact the professional ..he is just ignoring it .. I asked him for the bill too .. he is not providing us with that too
Wind asking more money for the job ..
what the urban clap is doing .. your executive comes at our place .. done work which only works for few days .. then they start asking more and more money ..
kindly look into the matter

      Hello,

      I booked for my ac service on 14 May for servicing and repair.

      Exactly after a month my ac stopped cooling on 15-16 and then i booked a visit for 19june. When asked the sevice agent told me that there was leakage and he has fixed it.

      On 1-2 july my ac again had issues with cooling and i again scheduled a visit. The agent came on 4 july and after an entire day of trial and testing he advised that the cooling condenser needs to be replaced as there was leakage in it. I confirmed with him whether this would fix the issue or not and he confidently assured me that it will. I paid 5500 for the same.

      On 30 July, again my ac stopped cooling amd i called him explaining thatit had just been few days and the same issue is occuring.
      He visited on 31 july and told me there is leakage and your warranTy period is over and there will be charges to refill the gas.

      Now any sensible and logical mind would understand that he has never been able to detect the root cause of the issue or even he had then the consequent visits went vain.
      Now i urgently require urban company to take this matter with immediate attention and resolve this issue and i have spent money for a new replacement and within the same month the ac started malfunctioning, then please answer me how did it solve my problem.
      I need an answer and a solution for the hassles of scheduling visits and again facing the same issue.

          There was an issue in the washing machine as water inlet was not smooth. So I booked a service with UC and professional Ashok Singh Rawat visited on 21st June 2021. he checked and diagnosed that water inlet valve needs a replacement. He then replace it and machine was running ok. The total bill amount was INR 1, 197.

          Now since 02nd Aug 2021 again the same issue arises, so I booked the service. Noted that there is warranty of replaced part till 19th September 2021. A professional Dheeraj Tuli was assigned for the job for 04th Aug 2021 at 09:00 am. On 03rd Aug 2021 Dheeraj Tuli called me and stated that he is not able to see the booking timings at hi send and asked me to re-schedule the booking. As a customer I do not know what process do UC follows, so I re-schedule the timings to 04th Aug 2021 09:30 am. However this time Dheeraj Tuli didn't accept it. This make me suspicious. I also received several calls from US customer care that why I have re-schedule and I made them know the whole story. They told me that they are unable to find a professional for my booking and there can be a delay.
          So finally the professional didn't visited and I have again now scheduled the booking for 05th Aug 2021 at 10:00 am. This time professional name is Abdul Karim.

          This experience was so annoying and unacceptable from customer perspective.

            Hello,

            I had booked an electrician on 15th July 2021 and paid an amount of Rs. 348 (inclusive of safety and support fee) at around 6:00 pm. I had cancelled the booking on confirmation from the electrician that he couldn't repair my APC 800 VA home UPS.

            I called customer care and they had arranged another service booking on behalf of me. That too was to be cancelled on 16th July because of the inability of the electrician to repair the above mentioned appliance. When I reached out for customer service, they informed me that they will revert with the details and if received the amount will be refunded.

            I later found that the amount I paid on 15th July, 2021 was not refunded. I called customer care again and was informed that the amount will be credited to my account within 5-7 days. The said amount is not refunded till date. Please find the bank statement attached for your reference.

            The Urban Company is now not responding to my emails and cannot be reached over phone.

            Please take necessary action and revert at the earliest.

                  I can’t believe to have such a pathetic experience from Urbancompany
                  I booked an AC service a month ago, as it was not cooling, at that time technician took around Rs7000. After 1 month same issue occurred no cooling, he came for a revisit on 29th July, repaired And again charged me with Rs7000 in name of other part, he completed his job work on 31st July and on the same night, again we get caught with the same issue, no cooling.
                  I’m trying to get a helpline number of yours, which I’m unable to get. Please reach out to me, its levelling up my frustration level. Technician that came was damn slow & he is not able to satisfy and resolve the issue. Please arrange a revisit from a trained senior person and close it asap.

                  Urban company is big money sucker, what kind of pathetic services you offer. Im unable to recall a relax day of mine since I got my AC serviced from you.
                  Every time you visit, you fix that issue temporary and make one more issue. I’m regretting my decision to call URBAN in COVID times, as your technician have visited my place multiple times and no issue resolved yet.
                  One of your technician took my AC to his workshop for repair & since then my AC is behaving abnormally, you have made my AC an expirement (in order to make testings). From past 1 week, again my AC is not working. Please let me know, how you gonna resolve this issue or there can be a good solution, I’ll take an Annual Membership with you - and you keep doing your hit and trial on my AC, because as per you I’ve ample of time to spend on you and have ample money to spend on name of “Repairing”.

                  It’s reaching heights, please let me know, how you are going to resolve it or else I need to file a complaint with Consumer Court.

                  Can you stand on your words, today new technician is assigned for a visit at 11AM and guess what he is not here. I called him at 11.15AM and then he told me he’ll take another 45 minutes to come at my place.
                  So, is it CUSTOMER’s duty to chase Urbancompany to get a solution as we have spent a big money on name of AC service.
                  Please make me understand, what are your values in terms of CUSTOMER satisfaction. Why are you giving me an option to choose my time slot, when I’m not getting service at that time.
                  Do you really give a ### in satisfying your CUSTOMERs or just sending the automated responses.

                    I am complaining about executive not visiting but the service is already paid

                    We had booked the service for pest control on 31 July 2021. The service was booked and got confirmation both in app and in WhatsApp. Usually when I book a service the executive assigned call us and confirm again. Nothing had happened as nd also executive assigned happened very late. I was in office. When u was back to check at home no one had visited and I am unable to contact anyone.

                    I would like to get my refund on this completely...

                    On 31 July 3 pm urban clap sent their executive Surekha Jagannath Rode for waxing services. The executive was new, not trained and did not know simple services. While performing the service, the client, Dr Hema raised several times the pain that she was experiencing in her hands. The service was terminated half way since the skin was pulled out along with the waxing strips.

                    I demand a refund of the service, the company covering my dermatology treatment, a compensation for the injuries and a written apology and corrective action from the company. It is extremely disappointing and unsafe for lives of people when you have such untrained individuals handling intimate services. Reach out for future evidences.

                          I booked painting services on 7 July 21, Mr Rishabh Gautam visited for measurements of area specification, gave a quotation of Rs17920/ for an area of 1231 Sqft, We on this quotation paid an advance Rs 6272/ to book service for 28 July 21, when the paint stock arrived, we raised a ticket that the stock is not as per required area, where Mr Gautum assured that if required, more stock would be called, due to rains the work did not start as the major area was exterior, finally we gave a go ahead for the said job, when Mr vinod Gupta who had to do the job came for visit, one day prior to the job & declared that the said job won’t be completed by the given material, then we had a word with Ms Amrita, who in turn gave a statement that we need to pay extra for the said job, how unprofessional o[censored]rban clap that after booking for a service & taking advance the company is denying to work on the same . This is termed as breach of contract & trust .
                          Since then Ms Amrita is not taking any calls, Mr Rishabh Gautum is trying to pursue to pay more fir the same job .

                              I am badly suffered with the service work done by your team against complain for repairing of my Panasonic Invertor AC.
                              So I am writing this mail with a lot of hope & belief that concerned authorities will intervene to get the issue sorted out.
                              Yesterday I booked an appointment again in Urban company to check & resolve the issue. (I have been facing problem since last 10-11 days). Now Mr Udit Kumar, a new professional tech was came for handle the complaint. He checked both AC Indoor & Outdoor Unit (outdoor is not working since last service handled and done by your untrained technician, Mr Vivek on Saturday 17.07.2021)
                              After diagnosed it he gave me estimate around 8000 Rs + for PCB repairing with other expenses. He also said that other parts may also be damaged like compressor, outdoor fan motor etc., even gas refilling may be refilled again if not change in proper way in last visited.
                              Then I told him about last visit of tech. Mr Vivek (Urban company’s professional) who said that your unit is taking 7 ampere & back pressure is showing 180 PCI, so need to refill the gas in liquid form and it will run again like before . I also told him that Mr vivek did’t use ac gas vacuum pump before refilling the gas. Then Mr Udit said to me that before refilling the gas, vacuum pump must be used then gas should be refilled and I clearly say, if meter was showing 7 ampere and back pressure was showing 180 pci, it means gas has been increased and he should be decreased the gas and there was no need to refill the gas. Now it has been cleared that due to lack knowledge of your tech., he damaged my AC outdoor unit as a result now it’s not working.
                              Actually first time when I booked a complaint regarding AC is less cooling at that time my both AC unit indoor & outdoor was working properly and problem was less cooling but due to your untrained tech, visited on Saturday 17.07.2021 now my outdoor unit is completely shut down and not working.
                              So request you to take it on priority and resolve my AC unit under The Urban Company Insurance Protection Programme.

                                I'm writing this email with so much of stress. I'm mother of two kids. My toddler is 8 months old. I booked a technician for refrigerator.
                                Since my refrigerator wasn't working. It's double door fridge. Freezer was working fine. I was managing having milk atleast for my kids. Now after the visit my fridge is completely dead.

                                When technician left, he advised to leave the fridge off for 24hrs. I did. Water drained out from my refrigerator. Then turned on. Until now it's not working. Me without fridge I couldn't do anything. Atleast freezer was working I was able to mangae now it's completely gone.
                                I called the same technician for past two days. He keeps saying he would come at 2pm and then no one turned up then he said he'll come by 4pm yesterday. Today he said by 1st thing in morning he'll come but now it's 6pm no one came. I left with no help even after I paid all my bills to urban clap. These false promises are actually put me to stress where I keep waiting for someone to fix and they don't turn up. Atleast he must tel me whether he could fix or not. Why he has to leave me like this. Atleast I was able to manage before just with freezer now nothing works. Inspite on all this technician keeps giving me many appointments and time but he never turns up.

                                Kindly look into this issue.

                                  Actually I registered a booking regarding my ac which was cooling less sometimes on Saturday 17.07.2021. As per your tech need to refill the gas in liquid form and no other problem like pcb or compressure while there was no any gas leaking problem in my ac at that time but your tech 100% sure after fill the gas in liquid form and it will work like before. My fault was just that I did't check cooling after service due to busy my office work and I paid him . when I checked my ac, there was no cooling at all. Next day I checked again but same problem was there & then I saw my outdoor unit, It was not running like before. I contacted tech . and he said to me that I will come today or next day morning but he came after 3-4 days with other tech and they both checked the problem on guess work. first he changed all the indoor to outdoor wire and still the problem was not solved and they both are keep on checking on guess work and finally they said to me, your pcb is not working and it will be repaired or replaced. They also said to me, Urban charge for the same is 4000rs. We suggest that you get changed it from panasonic because you will get new pcb only 5000 Rs. Now I want that pls fixed my problem and reduced the payment of gas from my Final Invoice whatever will be made because gas refilling was not required. It's tech fault and he was working on guess work.
