I have taken the painting service from your team. It’s not even been 15 days after the painting. My previous issues were visible in painting like dampness and cracks in wall.
I called your representative you executive did the survey, he told me to get back on this. Now after 15-20 days your executive is telling me it doesn’t comes under warranty. What kind of service are you providing, I could have taken the service from some local painter if they would have resolved my issue.
My issue is same even before and after painting. During the time of the painting your executive told me it will 1 year warranty now what the hell is wrong with your team, are you a bunch of amateurs doing the paintings because by looking at painting it looks like it. Even the survey was done by your team now why should i bear the consequences of your poor services ?
No one is responding my complaints are getting closed with out even providing the resolutions. Please look into it

No one has contacted me regarding this and the issue is still unresolved. My life condition is getting worsened due to your services. The dust generates after the drying up of wall dampness causes it difficult to breathe in the room. I am soon going to file a lawsuit against your company for damaging my physical as well as mental health due to your services
