I had opted for Painting Service from Urban Company Trusting Best service would be provided as i had experience earlier in many services except in Painting Service which I took on 27th August and work started on 1st September 2021. when Mr. Martand Had come to visit my home for inspection and to provide quotation I had clearly showed him walls which has water seepage and source was unknown by me based on which he gave me quotation including water proofing with warranty for 1 year. Now not even a month of painting work done again Im facing the same problem, so I request for rework, Then a lady from urban company who was very very rude and did not agree to do rework on wall but only the sealing. I did not agree as I was given commitment of 1yr warranty which she denied. now after so much of arguments she agreed and said they will do rework but will not cover warranty. Kindly help me resolve this matter as it is my hard earned money which I have spent trusting Urban Clap.
