Urban Company — Payment issue

I attempted to book an AC service through Urban Company and made the payment online. The amount was successfully deducted from my account; however, the service was not booked.

This situation is quite inconvenient. Additionally, when I tried to contact customer support to resolve the issue, I was unable to find any proper customer care number or clear contact option.

I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and either confirm my booking or initiate a refund of the deducted amount.
