[Resolved] Urban Company — Problem in booking revisit

This is a disgusting customer service by urban clap.

On april 30, 2020 i had got my ac repaired for the water leakage problem and paid almost 4500 rs but now when the problem has started again and i tried to rebook the revisit, i was told by your agent that i had to wait for one week. If it would had been a new booking, they would have sent a guy the very same day.

My wall is getting damaged due to the leakage will urban clap pay for it???

I repaired my RO WATER PURIFIER VIA UC, but the problem arises again, I couldn't claim warranty as the tool showing "something went wrong". Disappointed, losing its reputation... No proper customer service...
