Hi, i'm very upset and angry with service. Our need to fill the gas in the ac however the technician initially cleaned and did fill up the gas. Once he left, when we turned on the ac. Water coming out from the front window. Which we never had. And he also taken the screw and clamp at the side of the ac. Technician took the grinder from my home two weeks back. Now no reply from technician and from customer care. Every time when i call the technician he is telling that he will return it today. But after that no reply from him. When i ca customer are they are telling that not able to trace the technician. They just ignoring the complaint. So i request all those who are reading my complaint. Got a service for washing machine which is four years old siemens front load fully automatic from urban clap services, the technician came said the motor is a problem andreplaced the motor charged me 5000r and said warranty for one year. now the problem has recurred in 5 months and the technician is not responding to the calls nor urban clap app request is attending to my repeated attempts...

A bunch of four unprofessional and non-uniformed personnels arrived at our place who not only messed up everything but some doors, tiles, wooden planks etc were damaged irreparably. As I understand, there is an insurance of Rs.10000 against such damages. Our sofa was cleaned with Nirma washing powder instead of with shampoo as promised.
The company refuses to refund the money and to entertain any insurance claim. I really do not know...

I booked kitchen cleaning services via Urbanclap. They booked my service for Wednesday - 23/10/2019 4:00pm. The professional assigned did not show up, tried to call him on the assigned number. But his cell was switched off.
I called up the customer service, neither were they able to trace him & instead suggested me to postpone the service to next week. Because they do not have professionals in hand due to high demand.

I booked bathroom cleaning service 3 days in advance with advance booking payment. The booking was duly accepted by the company for my desired date and time slot but no service person were assigned for it and no one turned up even after 5 hrs past the allotted time. There was no response or update from the company and there no option to call customer care from the app. The option for call back was tried multiple time but no one called back....

I booked a kitchen cleaning service on 21st oct 19 for next day.. I went to the app for booking and saw that the booking slot is available for 22nd oct 2019 at 11:30 hours. They charged extra 49 rupees for the required date booking. I paid amount of 49 to book the slot.

On 22nd since morning i started preparing my kitchen for arrival of the cleaning team. I emptied my kitchen completely and scheduled the day accordingly. But...

I registered for urbanclap services with rs. 500 annual membership to avail a 15% discount on subsequent bookings. The first service was offered well. However, when i tried to initiate the second booking, for every service that i selected, it showed an error saying - professionals registered under this category are not allowed to book this service.

Incident : Sofa and carpet cleaning was completed by 2 folks sent by Urban clap in about 1.5 hours between 1:00-2:20 pm. At around 4:30, I observed that my samsung smart watch was missing. After searching all over, I observed the last sync time of watch with phone marked at 2:22 pm. That confirmed the suspicion...

This is to inform you that mr. Ashok vashisth, owner of m/s. Leo packers & movers and m/s. Jet domestic packers & movers, has cheated me and most of the clients. He provides fake addresses in google sites and in all websites. He has cheated me by not giving my dues amount of insurance premium. When i searched his address on his web site, then i find that he has given fake address in all. He has given ads on urban clap for household goods...

Pathetic service. Irresponsible staff. Poor management. Never do any service with them.

I had asked for painting services with urban clap. They took all money in advance and we were chasing them daily for getting work done. Daily you have different labour and supervisor.

On friday - 28th june 2019 - i had booked urban clap for beauty service.

As per my package to get hands waxed i had opened apple watch and kept on table in the room where service was done. After service i paid beautician and when i went back to table i found the watch was missing. I have called to enquire from seema but she refused to admit this so i contact urban clap help support but they are useless all they did was fooling...

I had booking at 8:30 am but i got a message at 7;30 apologizing for their delay in assigning staff. And when i check back my account, i couldn't find the booking i did, it got cancelled. Ppl will be having commitments. What if they cancel like this. If they don't have enough staff for the selected slot they shouldn't allow to book the slot. Though it's salon services, it's important to those people please value their time...

Worst experience of my life! I have been shifting homes intra and inter city, however the mental torture that is caused by progressive packers movers is just of next level. These are extremely unprofessional and unethical bunch of people.
I trusted #urbanclap and appointed progressive. It was a big disappointment!

I would never recommend urbanclap to anyone. Used their services for the very first time with my logged in mobile number. The beauty services which they promised was bot apt. Keeping that issue aside, my payment got cancelled twice and was successful the third time. Both the unsuccessful payments went thru urbanclap but the appointment did not happen. The incident happened on 3rd pf September and till date Urbanclap has not refunded my money...

I have booked an appointment on 10th september 2019 for an electrician on urbanclap. While booking, the platform asked me to pay 150 rs. When i tried to book after the payment, it said "booking not successful", but my money got deducted. The refund policy says 5-7 days but it's been 11 days. The money has not been redunded yet.

I have booked some job through urban clap. But their electrician has made fraud with me, done half job, and charged more from me. He assured me that he will do the full job, but he does not. I have all the proofs. I am sending you all the proofs, with payment also. Please take some action againsts those online frauds, else they will continue to make like these. These companies are cheating people and dont provide any service....

I had booked kitchen deep cleaning services with uc in advance. The cleaner was assigned to me 3days before. Have removed all stuff from kitchen and was waiting for cleaner tried calling but no response and after time lapsed he picked up and denied services. Rescheduled for evening slot but still they denied services.
