Urban Company — Refund for cancellation charged more than 3 hours before service

I had to cancel an appointment due to an urgent meeting and did it much before 3 hours, still their AI chatbot does not provide any resolution, nor have they provided any number or email id for a feedback!
What kind of a pathetic company does charge 300 rupees unnecessarily and then makes sure that there is no way for a customer to claim it!!
I need complete refund for this stupidity on their part, I was not even able to reschedule or book a new appointment because of their poor AI Chatbot!

As we checked, your last booking for the 'Salon at Home' service was initially charged a cancellation fee. However, this fee was removed on 4th June 2025 at 01:41 PM, and the amount was credited back to your source account.
