Urban Company — Refund not yet received

I have booked the service for bed bugs and I have done the payment but manually entering the amount instead of paying through the automated request urban company sent. Now when I followed up with customer service, they said I'd get it back in 5-7 days. And I still haven't got it back and paid again after the service was completed. So I need my refund back!
