[Resolved] Urban Company — Repainting Service taken but not Serviced properly

Services booked for Repainting the 2BHK. After painting was done by their so called professionals, i have founded that all walls are showing the brush lines, looks like boxes and some places paint not touched properly. I have provided photos and as well as spoken with their support executive. Surprisingly their support executive expressed that repainting will not provide fine finish with 2 coated (Means for 2 times coating of the paint on the wall). i have spent 18000 + 2200 sqft without primer. They have given 2 quotes that one is for 2 coats without primer and another one is for 3 coats with primer. finally i have chosen 2 Coates without primer. Finally they delivered the thing that looks like my kids are done the painting with still shaded and some places leftout without paint, lines, boxes etc.
Solution : one round of full painting or return my money as they have not done good work.

Finally thanks urban company for thier action against my complaint.i lost the hopes and I am not expected that they will react when I posted here. But their social network team acted very promising and delivered the work. Now the repainting work is completed and looks very much satisfied. Thanks once again for your team for quick resolution. They have deployed another vendor and sent material to complete the same. Their followup and supervisor follow ups are excellent

Updated by sureshmynampati please find the attached images related to the painting work done by Urban company. the work carried out is not looks like professional work and when i questioned during the work he denied to respond and later on last sunday around 1:30 PM received call from your call center, the executive called me along with Painter and Marketing executive . your executive on very commanding manner and not able to listen our issue. She is saying that repainting will not give finishing .i am surprised by listening such words from her. if that is the case then it should mentioned in the quote itself. why that is not mentioned in the quote.
Local painters who are doing painting work near to my house they can done this kind of work with less than 50% of your cost. please see the pictures attached and justify your work. tell me how can i refer your company to others?

Updated by sureshmynampati There is a big dram with these company people. Post my complaint they said one Painter will connect you and service you. The Painter called me 3 days back and saying that I will come tomorrow. Daily sameessage and now he is jot picking my call. I called him more than 20 times in last half an hour @11:30 am. Company people called me and said that they are closing thier internal ticket as I have raised complaint on the social network.ia requesting citizens, please not to book any services. Thier Funda is collect full amount before start of the service. There after if satisfied or jot, we have to loose our money and wasting our time by calling these guys

Updated by sureshmynampati No update yet from company side. No resolution provided for my issue or money spent around 18000 rupees for the faulty work done by their executives.

Updated by sureshmynampati Thanks for providing quick resolution for the above said issue. I have received couple of calls and a senior painter visited my house and reported the issue. Now company understand the issue why i have raised this call. Received Material and as well as Painters today. They have started reaping the walls.
