Urban Company — Split Ac repair Revisit - (90 days warranty) even I claimed for the same issue before 90 days why still charging us

Team, I need to know why you guys are charging me again.. I booked my first appointment with you on 1st April & 2nd April's evening your engineer completed his job. Problem I had with my split ac was less cooling, so the engineer named Asif checked my indoor & outdoor unit and took the Indoor with him to fix the condenser coil leak as he said there's a leakage. So on 2nd of April he fixed it n did his job.
1.Condenser repaired - Rs.500
2. Gas refill - Rs.2500
3. Safety & support fee - Rs.49
In total I paid him about Rs.3049
Within 15-20 days I noticed the same problem happening again with less cooling and ice formation on discharge line(outdoor unit) as gas was leaking again.
So I requested a re-visit assuming it will be free of cost as same problem is happening again.
3rd May I booked the re-visit the same engineer didn't show up neither received my calls so I asked customer care to assign me a new professional for the same.
He(Saddam) came on 4th May, checked my outdoor n indoor unit, took the Indoor with him found out the leakage is in condenser & hence gas got emptied. In addition he also found out there was an issue with service valve so he replaced that as well but my question is .
Two things were the same from the previous visit :
1.Condenser repaired
2.Gas recharge
Then why are you charging me Rs.4700 now? The only new thing he changed is the service valve
New breakup charges :
1. Condenser repaired - Rs.500
2. Gas recharge - Rs.2500
3. service valve replace - Rs.700
Remaining Rs.1000 is not mentioned anywhere in the break up..

Need to know
why these issues wasn't identified & rectified in the previous visit, itself?
Are you purposely fixing this in installments, so that we would keep calling you to fix it and pay you guys everytime for the same issue.
& Why should I pay for the same issues which came up again after fixing it just 20 days back by your engineer.
Expecting a fair resolution on this.
Kindly think from customers end too.

Hello Team, Kindly refund the amount.
Your engineer came today checked the leakage & again he found the leak in condenser coil(indoor) which he said to be fixed earlier, but now he said it's irreparable as there are 3-4 minor leaks.
I want to know if it's irreparable then why didn't he check all the possible leaks when he visited for the first time. After taking the money & coming for revisit he's saying it's irreparable.
If there's no solution on the issue, then why charging us ?
It's a Kind request please refund the amount.

Suggestion :
Ask engineers to check all possible scenarios of the issue before coming to conclusion especially in gas leak cases, so that it would not cost us the customers so heavily with respect to time & money.

I need my hard earned money to be refunded asap.
