My concern is related to the split Ac service I took from urban clap.
On April 21st 2022 Urbanclap technician did the service and also added cooling gas to my Ac, then on 1st July 2022 I had to uninstall the Ac as I was moving to a different house and the uninstallation was also done by urban clap technician. On July 13th I again booked Ac installation service from Urbanclap, first the technician didn’t install the Ac properly and didn’t tape all the pipes together, he said he don’t have tape with him . Then he said cooling pipe is a little short, so he needs to add the copper pipe and then he did the wielding, for that he took extra Rs 500 apart from the installation fee.
After that, the technician said there is no gas in the Ac, I think during installing the Ac, the technician leaked the gas, it’s been 2 months since I added the gas to my Ac, how can it get over in just 2 months .
I raised this concern immediately to urban clap, I complained about it but haven’t got any resolution yet, they said the service warranty has expired. But urban clap is not trying to understand that their technician added the cooling gas on April 21st 2022 and also their technician uninstalled and installed the Ac, so it’s one of the technician’s fault that there is no gas, others how come can cooling gas be over in just 2 months .
Till date I haven’t got any resolution from urban clap, today 16th July they called me and disconnected the call in just few seconds of our conversation and didn’t even called me back. And there is no number to reach them back .
I stay in Delhi and I had to suffer in this hot weather because o[censored]rban clap. Was this information helpful? |
