Urban Company — Stabilizer repair | |||||
I book a stabilizer repair service from urban company on 27 may. Next day the electrician came and took my stabilizer for repair as it can't b repair at the site. He never called me to update so I called him and he told me that it can't be repaired as part is not available. But I told him I can wait for 2 more days pls get this repaired. He forced me take it back so I got suspicion that he might have done something to my stabilizer, so I told him to get it repaired or I won't take it back . But he tell me to talk to urban company for that, since than I constantly tried to contact them but no effective response from them instead they closed my complaint and want me to pay for thr service so I denied. As now I can only contact via email coz they have no direct contact option in thr service to contact. I am attaching the conversation email with them pls help .
