I had backlight issue with my Onida 43' smart TV and had raised a service request via Urban Company. The professional (Udhayan) came home and took our tv and said will return it the next day morning. But we did not get our TV back as promised and were not able to contact him for 2 days. He came with the TV on the 3rd day and gave a bill of 5900 Rs with a 6 month Warranty for the backlight and the issue seemed to be fixed. But within a week we started noticing that the video streaming quality and speed had reduced substantially and in 4 weeks time the same issue started happening on and off. August 1st week the TV backlight died and we raised a follow up complaint on the previous service. The professional never came home for the service even though it was under the warranty given by him . We have been trying to get help from Urban Clap help desk by raising for call back but never received a call back till now. We sent emails stating the issue and still no one seemed to give a solution. Finally on November 8th our case manager "Harneet Singh" called and said since it has crossed 3 months of their warranty time they will not be able to help us. When we shared the bill that said 6 month warranty that was given by the professional they said they cannot take responsibility for what the professional gives. My issue is still not resolved!
