I had booking at 8:30 am but i got a message at 7;30 apologizing for their delay in assigning staff. And when i check back my account, i couldn't find the booking i did, it got cancelled. Ppl will be having commitments. What if they cancel like this. If they don't have enough staff for the selected slot they shouldn't allow to book the slot.
