Hi,

I got my sofa cleaned thru urbanclap in the second week of july i. E. 15th of july 2019. Post cleaning the sofa started stinking very badly and it was impossible to even spend 5 minutes in the living room.

We raised a complaint to the service dealer as well as urbanclap. The agent came in after a week till such time we had a terrible time with the stink. The agent cleaned it once again but the issue was never resolved. Today, even after 20 days of cleaning it the stink is as it is. We are terrible upset with the professionalism o[censored]rbanclap and the service dealer.

The response has been very poor and we have decided to never ever take services from urbanclap ever. We have even told this to all our contacts not to take any services from urbanclap.

    100% payment taken - work left unfinished

    I had opted for painting service from urbanclap for whch:

    1. They exceeded the service completion date by weeks

    2. Took the entire money in advance

    3. Noone from company end paid heed to by call or complaints since no painter was working

    4. They left one room unfinished without paint

    5. Quality of the painting was such that it started coming off in 2 weeks and i had...

    Hello,
    I had taken passport support service from mahek tourism via urbanclap and paid 4600/- rupees to mahak tourism agent but i did not get any support or service which i have been promised and supposed to get, even after lots and lots follow up they did not served me.
    So i have asked them to give my money back but but no one is bothering to respond.
    Note i did talk to urbanclap support team and also had words with mahek tourism but i am still fighting to get my money back.

      I had a infection after using urbanclap service. I want to file the case against the company for the service deficit.. Before paying it was showing we gets up to 10000 insurance for service deficit.. Now they are saying they will reimbursed the medicine in their wallet.. Who wil want to use their service? Worst experience one can ever had.. Wonโ€™t use this service again and i want the refund of the total amount i paid to them plus all medical expense plus the trauma i faced because of them..

        I have ordered 3 services from urbanclap, as I value organized service providers. But unfortunately out of 3 services, 2 were not handled properly.
        1) Called Electrician by UrbanClap to repair my fans, Paid him double the charges from local market rate. Electrician gave warranty of 3 months but fan binding broke with in 35 days again. Urbanclap didnt provide any assistance and simply said they provide help upto 30 days only. I tried to reach out to electrician but he simply refused to pick the call.
        2) Termite control - same as above, I got a verbal assurance for 1 year but termite returns in 45 days post service provided.. neither UrabanClap or service provider is ready to help.

        In Short it seems urbanclap is just a broker between customer and fake service provider and get the commision but dont care of quality of service provided.

          Urbanclap team has asked me to buy credits and after that my account will be activated.

          Its more than a month my account is not activated and they asked to to refund the amount which i paid, but they are not initiating the refund..

          I have submitted all the required documents also.

          No one is responding on their customer support as well

            This in reference to TV repair service booking on 22nd Feb 2019 with Urban Clap. Based on my service request urbanclap assigned their partner Aravind for service. Aravind checked the issue and informed us that led backlight need to be replaced, he offered two options: 1. Just repair if led with price of Rs 3700 and no warranty. 2. Change the complete led backlight at price of rs. 6200 with 6 month of warranty. I had selected 2nd option, after the repair aravind had given me invoice with written warranty of 6 months for the spare part (led backlight of tv) The TV is facing the same problem again in june 2019 i.e. LED lights which were replaced is not working working. Since the spare part had 6 month if warranty, i contacted urban clap to avail the warranty, they refused to tale any action and instead asked me to contact the partner directly. I contacted partner explained the issue, he refused to change the spare part. I tried calling multiple times he is not responding any more. I expect urban clap to take responsiblity as the invoice has their logo. Please find the attached invoice copy & service details for your reference.

              I requested for repair on 30.07.2019. The mechanic came at 7 p. M

              Instead at 1 p. M. He declared the capacitor defective and replaced it with new one but in two pieces. He charged rs. 850 /- which was paid to him in cash. I got the capacitor checked from market which was not defective. I was thus made to pay for part which was not defective. Please look into the matter and refund the amount to me.

                We have made a complain in urban clap, regarding cooling to problem, urban clap engineer came and visit the problem, according to him expense will come approximately 16000, we have done the payment but still my one ac is not in function, and when urban clap engineer come to visit it, they listen new story in daily basis, so i request to you kindly provide the solution or refund my money. Because we can not afford much money on same.

                  I given a call to urban clap for repair of top load washing machine and they have sent technician by name suresh to repair the machine but the technician charged 6500 and changed the mother board and balancing rods but the problem was not solved if we call to that technician he is abusing over phone and says that where every u want you give complaint

                    On 7th June 2019 I booked a complain in urbanclap for repair of my top loaded LG automatic machine. The person from UC changed the water inlet valve and charged me Rs. 1000 for it which I paid in cash. Later when I Saw the rate list on UC site, the price of water inlet is only Rs. 500. This is big cheating to poor consumers done by double charging for particular equipment. I would like for refund of Rs.500 from Urbanclap

                      Around 6pm i have received a message that still the technician not arranged will update u soooon...

                      But in appp they are cancelled the booking from their side and updated the reason. That the customer has been cancelled it..
                      Bloody cheaters and frauds..
                      Waiting for ur revert. If not received the reply from ur side
                      I'm going to highlet it in all social media n all other sites

                        I have a water filter which was due for it's filter change. I did the filter change with the urban clap services. I replaced filter elements as well as pump also. But it's been only three months and now filter is not working. Pump runs when switch is turned on. But it doesn't deliver filtered water. But it delivers the waste water from the other pipeline. This is very disappointing from urban clap services. Earlier in last month same thing happened and i had to call service personnel for repair. But now the same problem is there.
                        I had repaired filter and filter elements were replaced along with the water pump. But Now bfilter is not filtering. It only runs without giving any output

                          I have booked from urban clap for dieticianist, where before urban clap has clearly mentioned that no charges will be taken for the first initial session with the dietician. And if after consultation i am willing to take the further service then only i have to pay. But as soon as i taken the session the dieticianist asked me to pay rs 700 the bare minimum charges, but as far as i am aware that i donot have to pay for the first session, but as i resist to pay then the dietician told me to pay clinic charges which is rs 300, but the bill which i got is written as dietician check up charges. Why this company is doing fraud like this. Are we people fool. I need refund of my money, and stern action aganist both urban clap and dietician, dr, iffra ahmed, based out in kolkata, medica superspeciality hospital.

                            In first visit โ€“technician inspected and he suggested to charge the ac gas to resolve the concern (Important note: without inspecting any ac leak test). I was forcefully convinced by your technician and charged rs2500 and ac gas charging.
                            In second visit โ€“ sme visited and inspected both indoor and outdoor unit. He made a surgery (Removed all covers and parts) with my ac unit. Hear the very shocking information was, after the inspection he suggested to clean the indoor unit will resolve the concern and he confirmed there was no ac gas charging done in first visit. The same information was communicated to customer care team in front me. Finally ac indoor unit was cleaned on may-15.
                            After few day again am facing same ac less cooling.

                            I really want to know is urban clap appointed trained technicians???
                            Or only to impressing customer attractive advertisement happening โ€ฆ.
                            Or no one from urban clap able to fix this concern โ€ฆ

                            Never experienced like this worst service.

                              I booked a machanic for my refrigerator named sangram on sunday. He came and repaired pc of fridge on tuesday and i paid him arround 5000 something. But fridge didnโ€™t work then i called him again on wednesday so he came thursday morning now itโ€™s almost whole day passed but my fridge still not working. I am calling him again and again but he is not picking his phone.. Now plz send him and repair my fridge

                                This email is in regards to uninstallation / installation of my blue star split ac, for which i tried urban clap on 11-june-2019 however i am really disappointed with the service provided.

                                I'd like to explain the issue in brief.

                                On 11-june, i had scheduled a visit of an urban clap employee to perform the task to uninstall / install my blue star split ac from my old address to my new address. While he was unistalling the ac, i specifically asked him to check the performance of ac before he proceed further. He checked and confirmed that the ac was working fine / ac gas was perfectly all right / cooling was perfect.

                                Now, after installing the ac to new location, i advised him that the ac is not giving proper cooling. He informed me that he has done the servicing of ac, hence advised me to wait for 1-2 days while ac will start giving better performance. At that very point in time, i informed that he is not giving correct statement however i trusted his words and waited for 3-4 days with no success. Now from past 2-3 days, i am raising my concerns but i am not getting positive feedback. Every time i am getting response that, engineer advised me that the gas needs to refill (Which is not a case and that was not informed to me). Although i gave a 5 star rating to urban clap engineer after he completed his job, with an appreciation note.
                                Though, ac worked fine for couple of hours when he installed but later the ac started giving poor performance.

                                  We were happy with our new AC (bought in 2019) only so long as we booked a service from Urban Company with the expectation of professional and hygienic regular AC service for the 1st time.

                                  On the contrary, our experience has been really bad with you guys and from that very day, we have been struggling each and every day of this summer because your technician (Ranjan Yadav) damaged one of the parts and it is not even left in a running condition now.

                                  We have a one year old baby who keeps sweating the entire night because we have no running AC and we are helpless to procure the damaged product from Carrier in this lockdown and despite calling Carrier service centre and Urban Company repeatedly for more than 10 times and explaining our tragic story in each communication, we haven't got any support or resolution from either.

                                  Since the spare part i.e. new PCB is not available with Carrier, the only option now that we see is to replace our AC and since Urban Company has been the sole reason for all this hassle in our lives, we are reaching out to you with a hope that you would replace our AC and make these hot days a little bearable for us, especially our infant.

                                  We look forward to a quick resolution from your end, at least this time as it's already been almost 23 days that we are literally crying with this experience.

                                  For god's sake, help us on priority and correct what has been spoiled from your end!

                                    I had taken 2 a/c service from them, in one a/c the water leakage problem started after servicing all the dust passes thru pipe on there jet pump service, i had complained the same and on 18 may engineer visited and some how manage to solve the leakage issue, but i'm not satisfied and told him that what if leakage started again, he assure me that just intimate thru app and they will visit again and resolve the issue.
                                    On 16th june the water leakage problem again started and on 17th i had registered complain thru app. There app has taken complain and assigned engineer and i got the confirmation sms on my mobile with engineer detail and visit timing, despite that customer care called and told me that they only take complain within 30 days, and your 30 days already lapse on 11th june.
                                    First of all the 30days not complited from repair that, and there system showing 60 days warranty, thatswise the app is still taking complain.
                                    How a company denied service when there system has accepted the same. There executive agreed and confirm me that i will received call from repair section and they will resolve the issue, but still not received any call from them
