[Resolved]  Urban Company — Urban Company Technician Broke My A/C Compressor No Accountability or Resolution

I booked an A/C servicing through Urban Company and had a terrible experience. The technician sent by the platform broke my A/C’s compressor during the service. Shockingly, he didn’t inform me about the damage and left as if the job was done properly.

I realized something was wrong only when the A/C stopped working. After contacting Urban Company, I was told that their warranty does not cover technician-caused damage—which is unacceptable. I trusted Urban Company for professional and reliable service, and this kind of response is deeply disappointing.

Now, I am facing a major repair bill and Urban Company has refused to take responsibility. I demand:

Full investigation into the technician’s actions,

Compensation for the damage caused,

Strict quality checks on service professionals.
